• Experienced Colleagues – “One resource in particular for me that I found challenging at first was learning to market wellness.

My college, at the time I went through, did not offer a marketing course on this which made a steep learning curve for me when I first began – especially with communication to 500+ people of various demographics. Likewise, I found this is also critical in the one-on-one presentations with leadership as well. Wellness can be a touchy subject depending on who you are talking to and it would’ve

helped tremendously to have a more firm understanding of this beforehand.”

Romy Antoine Romy is a millennial engagement expert and the author of The Ultimate Guide to Engaging Millennials! Sam has her master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She is active with multiple non-profits in her community where she serves on the Board of Directors for United Way Emerging Leaders and the Leadership Council for Women United. Additionally, Sam is the current Board Chairperson for the North Central Wisconsin Chapter of the Red Cross and most recently on the Emerging Wellness Professional Task Force for the National Wellness Institute.
