• It is exams and graduation time– Bear with overstressed / overjoyed students

• Lunch challenge:– Be quick, you only have 1 hour

• Pack your notebook during the last talk before lunch (unless you are the speaker)

– All food establishments are canteens• You’ll have to queue with a tray and pay yourself

– Two largest canteens reserved tables for us to sit together

• Pick red/green tokens to spread and follow the leader (or the map)

– Smaller canteens are closer and will serve small groups (5-6 persons max) faster; no tables reserved

• Rooms – all in the same staircase: – H322 – 3rd floor– Hall B and H422 – 4th floor– H530 – 5th floor

• Evacuate Hall B on Wednesday by 13:00– An exam is scheduled at 13:15

• Do not dispose empty cans! Bring them back to the box• Coffee and buns/sandwiches will be provided during coffee breaks

– Otherwise, use dispensers in the basement or near main entrance• WiFi – 3 options exist:

– Eduroam– Netlogon (see distributed logins)– LU Weblogon (key: lu2011-1)

• Receipts will be distributed on Wednesday morning– Those who need them sooner or pay cash (SEK only), contact Oxana

• Dinner is ordered for those who ticked “yes”
