in-Wall Camera HousingThe CCIWH-10-K is an indoor, in-wall housing with a standardized stainless steel bezel that provides a tinted viewing window that is flush with the wall. Designed for use in banks, ATMs and for door viewing in access control applications, this housing can be used anywhere that a recessed camera installation is required. The CCIWH’s camera mounting assembly is a slide-out tray with a mini pan/tilt head. This design provides maximum ease and simplicity for camera installation, positioning and servicing. The bezel, which is 18 gauge brushed stainless steel, is held in place by four tamper-resistant screws requiring a special wrench (provided) for entry. The 3⁄16" thick solar light Lexan window is sandwiched between the bezel and back box, providing added strength against vandalism. Corner Camera HousingThe CCEH-200-W is a surface mount camera housing designed for corner installations. With a heavy gauge steel construction, ¼" thick Lexan window, protected mounting bolts and concealed cable entry the CCEH-200-W provides a tamper-resistant enclosure for cameras up to 9½" long with up to a 4.8mm auto iris lens. This allows the housing to protect cameras intended to provide a wide viewing angle in a constrained space. The housing’s camera mounting bracket is adjustable with slots that allow for a range of front-to-back and vertical camera placement. Primarily designed for use in elevators, this compact housing is also ideal for stairwells, entrances, hallways and other areas with limited space. Ceiling T-Bar Camera MountThe Ceiling T-Bar Mount is a ball socket that installs easily on T-Bar ceiling grid. The TBS-3-6-W includes a 3" extension to provide additional clearance between the ceiling and the camera. Both models allow for simple and rapid installation, removal or relocation of a camera. An optional hanger wire above the ceiling stabilizes and supports the camera weight. Installation is completed in four easy steps by slipping the open clip over the T-Bar. Snap the clip together, screw the ball socket to the stud on the clip and attach camera.

The mount’s wall flange is designed to attach to a single gang box or directly onto the wall. The wall plate has a 5 ⁄8" cable pass cutout to allow cabling to pass directly into the gang box, preventing the need to drill additional holes in the wall. The mount will accommodate camera/lens combinations up to a maximum weight of 8 pounds.

1. PO Placement Procedures

Orders received via email at [email protected] before 12PM CST will be shipped from EMI Security in Wisconsin the next business day. Shipment method will be standard ground shipment. Expedited shipping may be made available for an additional charge. If your order is received within the conditions stated above it will be processed and shipped next business day according to the shipping and freight policies noted in #4 below.

2. Qualifying Products

ENDS terms & conditions apply only to the EMI standard products SKU’s identified as "STOCK" on EMI's most current released price list.

3. Shipment Quantity Restrictions

At EMI Security's discretion shipment quantity restrictions may be applied to a given order to ensure that all EMI customers receive a reasonable quantity of the products ordered during periods of high product demand or order volumes. In these cases the following maximum shipment quantity ceilings may be applied to ENDS orders. Your EMI Customer Service Representative will contact you within 24 hours to clarify your order status and explain available alternatives if your ENDS order is affected by this term.

4. EMI ENDS Program Freight Policy

Standard EMI freight policy will be applied to qualifying ENDS orders.

4a. EMI standard freight policy:

All EMI orders ship via UPS, Prepaid and Add unless otherwise specified by the customer. Please note that orders shipping FedEx will require extra business days to process.

The following modifications to the freight policy will be implemented for ENDS Program orders where applicable:

4b. Mixed PO’s

If a single Purchase Order contains ENDS & non-ENDS SKU line items, the order for ENDS SKU’s will be processed and shipped per the terms of this program and the order for the non-ENDS SKU’s will be processed and shipped under lead time confirmed at time of order. EMI Security will make reasonable efforts to process and ship non-ENDS SKU line items under the terms & conditions of the ENDS program in such cases, but is under no obligation to meet next day shipment terms for non-ENDS SKU’s.

4c. Freight policy for mixed PO’s

Standard freight policy as stated in #4a above applies to entire order (i.e, if the order is split into two shipments to satisfy the ENDS shipping guarantee at the customer’s request, freight will be charged for each shipment). Customers placing orders that fall into this category will be notified by a EMI Customer Service Representative and given the choice to separate or combine shipments and be advised of the cost and lead time implications of both alternatives.
