• From humble beginnings as a trading company in 1983, Emirates Fire

Fighting Equipment Factory LLC (FIREX) went on a rapid growth, year

on year.

• FIREX started manufacturing in 1998 and is now regarded as one of the

• HFC-227ea (Heptafluoropropane) was developed as a Halon 1301

replacement in 1993 due to intense ozone depletion caused by the

halogenated agent.

• It is a colorless, odorless halocarbon safe for human and hold

damage on assets to a minimum.

• HFC227ea complies with NFPA Standard 2001 and it has quickly

gained acceptance as the world's leading clean gaseous fire

extinguishing agent.

• Our Gas Extinguishing System, Firex200 (FM-200) works to

quench fires in seconds, FIREX200 (FM-200) extinguishes fires

primarily by physically cooling the flame; removing heat from the

flame to the extent that the combustion reaction cannot sustain

itself.
