Emirates Walk for Autism 2016
April 2nd
We participated in the Emirates Walk for Autism 2016, held at
Zabeel Park on 2nd April. This was an annual charity event to
raise awareness and support children with Autism. Along with
our products display, there were colouring and jewellery
making activities which many of them enjoyed. Thanks to all
the volunteers who made it possible.
Kind Donation
April Rua, Ananya and Rishab are very talented young students
who love pottery. They attended The ARTE market recently
where they were selling their handmade pottery products.
As their products were very popular and were sold out very
fast, they've decided to share their success with Manzil by
donating us a part of their earnings!
Rua wants to become a lawyer. Ananya dreams of a career
as a pediatrician and Rishab is sure to do some kind of art -
maybe become an architect.
All of them have a dream. All of them are working on their
dreams to become a reality. All of them helped Manzil
students to built their own dreams. Because - dreams have
no limit at all!

Fire first Aid Training

Sandscape – Al Fahidi
April 8th
Ms. Richa, Ms. Nooriya & Mr. Ubaid from Manzil under went
The Fire First Aid training at the Dubai Scouts Mission.
Manzil showcased ME products at the 7th edition of
Sandscapes. Sandscapes is an initiative from a family of
artists and musicians, a confluence of notes and strokes for
a social cause.

Painting at Manzil by ENBD Volunteers
April 8th & 9th
Manzil has got a new dress last Thursday and Friday. Kind
volunteers from ENBD came here to paint our center. It
was not only hard work, but also a lot of fun, helping us in
different class room activities through out the month. Big
thanks to Emirates NBD volunteers!!
Students from The Millennium School Dubai, Round Square
and their friends from Modi School, Rajasthan, India visited
Manzil today. The students spent 2 hours in classrooms
interacting with our students. Manzil students look forward
to such interactive sessions and meeting new people!
Market – Riwaaz – The Fashion
April 15th
Manzil Center got the opportunity to be a part of the mega
event ‘Riwaaz- The trend-4’ at Grand Excelsior Hotel, Bur Dubai,The event was organized by Leena Vatnani. They
welcomed Manzil Center on their platform to showcase and
to sell the work made by our students. These kind of events
will promote our talent as well as raising awareness
regarding Special Needs in the region. Thank You Riwaaz.
Manzil Center is proud to be part of the Islamic Arts
Exhibition. It is on till 18th May 2016.

organize a garage sale where
they will sell used and unwanted
stuff and the proceed will be
donated to Manzil Center.
The Garage sale will take place
at Manzil’s premises on Friday
13th May from 3pm till 6pm.

RDAD
April 25th
Horse riding sessions at RDAD concluded
on 25th April for this year. The RDAD team
had special activities planned for the day.
Students were devided into two groups
and enjoyed participating in fun filled
races and activities. M. Saleem and M.
Ahmed were the respective winners in
their groups and were awarded trophies.
Students bid farewell to their beloved
friends i.e. the horses by leaving a hand
imprint on the horses. We at Manzil would
like to thank RDAD for their continuous
support.
