Our students and staff were very excited and joined Mrs Rennick and Emma in dancing and singing during the visit. Students were also interviewed. Very cool! CONTAGIOUS BUGS Please be considerate of our students and staff during this me when many bugs are circulang in our local community. If you think your child might be coming down with something, it is probably safest to keep them home to avoid infecng other people . We appreciate your co-operaon in this maer.

A fantastic congratulations to Opal Kelly! At the North West Regional Athletics Carnival, Opal came 1st in 200m and 3rd in 100m.Opal is eligible to represent the North West area at State Athletics in Sydney next Term. She is the 1st GPS students to go to State for 13 years. We are so proud of you Opal. The whole school community is behind you!

Positive Behaviour for Learning

Our PBL focus this week is Creating Safe Environments

Students develop an understanding of being respectful, responsible and safe in order to create a safe place for all students to learn and play at school.

During last Thursday’s horse wisdom session, students learnt about building relationships. They were given the opportunity to build relationships with the horses and practice their patience.

We are looking for reliable cleaning staff to work at a local Government sites in the Gunnadah and surrounding Areas.

Experience preferred but not essential.
