You choose the amount of time you want myself and my assistant to be present on your

wedding day.

Our coverage is broken into 3 sections.

1. The 2 hours before the ceremony

2. The 3 Hours during the ceremony

3. The 3 hours following the ceremony

Your wedding coverage begins at the wedding venue approximately 30 minutes before the

ceremony.

The wedding ceremony coverage starts at £395.00

To add the evening session is £175.00

To add the morning session is £100.00

To add the morning session without the evening session is £125.00

Total for all day coverage £670.00

One product we highly recommend even if you have the most basic service is the fusion

DVD. This is number 1 on our A la carte menu

A beautiful musical DVD slideshow produced under licence from Photodex.

The DVD includes photos and short video clips telling the story of your special day from the time we arrive until the

time we leave. The video clips are captured using the latest Go-Pro technology and fused together with images and

added to 3 music tracks that you can choose yourself.

Or I can add music from our vast library of emotional songs.

When complete you will have a faux leather double aperture DVD case with your fusion DVD and the images from

your day boxed together for safe keeping.

Why not add an album from your wedding day

All of our albums are produced by GF Smith in Hull. They are the market leaders in quality.

All the double page spreads are bonded to solid album structures and finished with an array of classic and innovative

covers.

A4 Boxed Albums start from £170.00 for a Faux leather album in a range of colours

Bonus 1. Order a fusion DVD and we will reduce any album with 30 pages or more by £20.00

For an exact replica of your album for parents or guests.

Parents albums can be purchased in sets of 2 for £95.00 each (A5 size)

Guest albums can be purchased in sets of 4 for £65.00 each (A6 size)

Bonus 2. Order a fusion DVD, An album and 2 parents albums and we will reduce the album price by

£40.00 and your parents albums by £10.00 each

Our night studio and memory album service is proving to be very popular. This is an alternative to the vastly more

expensive "photo booth".

This is how it works

We set up our mobile studio including lighting, background printer and monitor.

We take photos of your guests that are mounted into a memory album.

Your guests write in a message to you to accompany their photo.

At the end of the evening your memory album is presented to you with up to 60 photos as an instant memento of

your wedding day. Something to read in your hotel suite or on your honeymoon ?

We have three options available for night Studio hire.

1. Independent to any wedding photography £370.00

2. If you have already commissioned Emotional Moments for all day Coverage £250.00

3. Experience tells us that a large percentage of guests want a copy of their photo to take home. It's not often

all family members are dressed in their finest and have a photo together.

If you allow your guests to purchase photos at your wedding celebrations we reduce the cost of the service by 50%

(Guests would receive an 8" x 6" mounted print priced at £6.00)

So, independent to any wedding photography option £185.00

To add to your all day service with "guests purchase option". £125.00

This is amazing value when you consider the average cost of a photo booth is around £600.00

Emotional Moments Photography

What next ?

Should you wish to commission Emotional Moments photography we request the following payment schedule.

A £50.00 Non-returnable deposit that secures your date.

75 % of your total final package to be paid at least one month before your ceremony date.

After the date of your wedding your photos will be presented to you on a disc.

If you have requested a Fusion DVD this will be played to you before the image disc is given to you.

If you are happy with your DVD and images and you have requested any additional products we request that

payment is made in full before we proceed with the production of your album or any other additional products.

I am happy to make any additional adjustments to images that you request such as converting the images to black

and white, cropping and removing unwanted distractions where possible.

Before your wedding day

Before the day we hold a consultation with you to build up an action plan for the day. This is to sort out timings,

details of the bridal party, group photos you want and to see what ideas you may want to include for yourself. We fill

out a small questionnaire with these and any other details.

On the wedding day

What I always explain to brides and grooms is to remember that this is a wedding day and not a photo shoot. We do

not want to be too intrusive on the day because you have many other people to consider who have come just to

celebrate with you. So the purpose of our pre-wedding consultation is to find the little pockets of time where we can

take the photos that you want.

I always say that if you give me the time I will give you the beautiful photos you want so we respectfully ask you to

give us as much time as you can.

Uncle Bob

This is the name given in the trade to the family relative who has the "big camera". Almost every wedding has one

and uncle Bob normally stands looking over my shoulder taking the same photos I am after I have set up the groups.

I have no problem with this apart from when we just have the bride and groom. Then I respectfully insist that myself

and my assistant have exclusive access to the bride and groom. Uncle bob can be a distraction in this situation and

eyes start to wander between him and myself thus using the valuable time we have to capture the moments.
