We would normally project manage the implementation and minimise the time input required by your team representatives, and therefore the impact on your resources.

As part of the implementation process we will:

• Review the Company’s Articles and consider shareholder approval

• Draft plan rules and ancillary documentation

• Put in place an Employee Share Ownership Trust, where required

• Support you in undertaking notifications, returns and self-certifications to HM Revenue & Customs

• Value the company’s shares for tax purposes, where required

• Invite employees to participate

Communication is key, both to the successful implementation of any plan and explaining what the business expects from such a significant investment in its staff.
