Overhauling and troubleshooting

Excellent overhauling service for turbine, generator, condenser and all auxiliary and E&I systems up to any range, type and capacity.

Annual maintenance contract (AMC) for short term (typically 1 year) and modular based service package according to customer’s requirement as long term service agreement (typically 3 to 5 years).

Regular health check up of machine, minor overhauling, major overhauling, spares development and supply, testing of electrical relays and switch gears, testing and calibration of instrumentation etc. during this service package.

Gearbox services

Terra Power Plant Systems extends their services for refurbishment, modifications and spares for gear box of any type and any range. We supply gear internals, gearbox bearings, erection, commissioning, troubleshooting and AMC of gearboxes of any type and any range.

As the machine goes under continuous operation for several years it will under go lot of stress cycles which will result in the inefficient operation of the turbine.

After restoration of the efficiency the machine will be re-commissioned and a performance test will be conducted to establish the result.
