Currently, our common perception is that all unidentied .ying ob'ects thatare seen, lmed, or reported by surprised $itnesses are of etraterrestrialorigin +ue to the elusive nature of this sub'ect, you $ill learn in this articlethat it also has all the connotations, and elements of unepected secretagendas /t is important to eep in mind the term %$ide angle% $hileapproaching this topic, because this might $ell mean a completeunprecedented chapter of our civili&ation ssuming this is true - of $hich /have no doubt no$ - if this $ere really a part of our history, then $e $ouldbe facing an important evolutionary lin, ironically, completely unno$n tous, another civili&ation, an ancient and sophisticated intelligent advancedspecies /f this $ere so, it $ould be coeisting $ith us in the shado$s of our

Mac Tonnies

The term %Crypto terrestrial% $as originally coined by the late :ac Tonnies(1;<=-200;) an merican author and blogger $hose $or focused onfuturology, trans-humanism, and "!# theoretics /n his boo >T$eCry"toterrestria's% A (editation on Indi!enous Huanoids andA'iens Aon! Us>, published in 2010 This humble article aims to merit therecognition he deserves, because unno$n to him, his alertness led him toepress conclusions that resemble $hat $e are learning no$ about thiselusive presence on our planet

/t can be said that :ac Tonnies% constructive criticism focused on the

classical >nuts and bolts> of ufology 4e does assume the possibility of eploring the phenomenon as something terrestrial, rather than seeing it aslined solely to %outer space% #ne of the hypotheses of the late researcher$as based on the constant "!# presence in the $orld%s oceans, as $ell as inremote and uneplored areas of our planet

!or :ac Tonnies there is the possibility that this species $ould be using aseries of psychosocial eperiments to camou.age their presence, distracting

the masses $ith the idea to loo >out$ards> and thus creating incongruous,bi&arre, and illogical cases in order to >demystify themselves> /n other$ords, create a revolving door that gets us $here they $ant us to goanother false clue

hen reports of these many ufology cases are read, $e get to notice severalincidents $ith bi&arre characteristics #ther incidents seem perfectly staged:ight this be, perhaps, a deliberate tactic by the Crypto-terrestrials3 Thepo$er to distract an aggressive mass, a ma'ority inhabiting the planet%ssurface, this is $here ?acue 7allee%s phrase falls in perfectly >the "!#phenomenon denies itself> 8ie$ise, :ac Tonnies thought that some cases of abduction have too many >human> characteristics, such as using technicaleaminations, and taing victim%s samplings $hile using present day, familiarto us, medical technology @everal other researchers also suspect of course, that some abduction might have been carried out by "@ ir !orce/ntelligence @ervices

!or the late researcher, the fact that Crypto-terrestrials seem to reinventthemselves over time has been a far-reaching agenda They have beeninterpreted in various $ays by di6erent human groups, until becoming partof ancient myths, and legends about magical and monstrous creatures thatinhabit our planet%s interior Coupled $ith the ability to no$ our humanpsychology, and therefore its manipulation, by means of electromagnetic$aves as a $ay to insert desired images in the mind in order to achieve asubliminal manipulation, may be an aspect that cannot be disregarded

parenthesis here, to sho$ you ho$ / have arrived to similar conclusions as

:ac Tonnies did s described in my boo )ET Prsence and Ne* Wor'd+ie*s (5ote 2) the human psychic manipulation by etraterrestrialintelligence is incorporated into an anthropological agenda, in order to%soften% the collective consciousness of manind The di6erence is that myhypothesis is based on alien intervention, $hile Tonnies sa$ this in terms of a Crypto-terrestrial presence /n my vie$ it applies in both instances, $ith ane$ $ide-angle meant to further the human understanding that $e are notalone in the universe, nor are $e the only ones inhabiting our planet

5o$, if Atraterrestrial presence, Crypto-terrestrials, and inter-dimensionalbeings and other entities are part of our reality for centuries, and $hy not

say, millennia & a reality $e obviously don%t fully understand yet - it doesseem these furtive presences have served to generate a comprehensive$ealth of myths, and legends This possibility $as taen into account by ?acues 7allee in his boo )Pass"ort to (a!onia) 5evertheless, Tonnies%hypothesis is not solely in reference to the Crypto-terrestrial presence s $eshall see, researcher illiam :ichael :ott also reached similar conclusions

riter and compiler of supernatural legends and myths, illiam :ichael:ott, sho$s a constant imagery of supernatural beings inhabiting the depthsof the sea, or an underground $orld throughout his boo %Ca,erns%Cau'drons and Concea'ed Creatures% These are legends that have beenrepeated in di6erent countries over time and in di6erent cultures !or :ott,

the presence of mythological beings in various narratives might $ell berelated to the presence of the "!# phenomenon ccording to him, thecontinual presence of alien bipeds, $ith upper and lo$er etremities similarto ours, t$o eyes, and very human characteristics, call for a certainsuspicion bductions tae on di6erent interpretations as they are repeatedunder di6erent supernatural disguises in di6erent cultures :onstrous beingsabducting humans and damsels, and taing them to inaccessibleunderground depths are certainly part of popular follore The option remainshere, that if these ever $ere true events, Crypto-terrestrials may have beenresponsible t the end of the day, it%s all speculation

/n this boo, :ott gets to associate the presence of superior beings $ithuotations from apocryphal boos, $here beings $ith angelic character fallinto misfortune $hen they are conned to our planet, as a ind of punishment 5onetheless, and uite apart from his personal conclusions, thisauthor adheres to the theory $ere the depths of the ocean are the habitatfor higher beings, 'ust as the opposite vision $e have of seeing thephenomenon as something purely alien / $ill venture to say here, it ispossible their presence in the depths of the ocean has already beenidentied by the "@ 5avy /s it possible that Crypto-terrestrial habitats havebeen identied by the /ntelligence of the "nited @tates3 This possibility, as$ell as other implications, $ill be epanded further along this article

/n 5ovember of 201*, / $as traveling through 8ima on the $ay to the city of Puno to give a series of lectures to an international group, invited by myfriend, the tourism entrepreneur ?orge 8uis +elgado nother good friend,

upon hearing of my visit to Peru, told me about the opportunity to meet $ithHlaus 4Inninger during a private meeting This friend made sure toemphasi&e this $as a legitimate contact case +ue to my trip to Puno, and4Inninger%s multiple commitments, the opportunity to meet, unfortunately, did not happen for us

This scenario repeated itself again in @eptember of 201=, $hen / $asincluded in an epeditionary group $ith 4Inninger, $ho didn%t $ant this tripto the desert be made public @ince / do not live in 8ima, / needed to no$ if there $ere going to be any date changes, as it $ould be diKcult to changemy airfare later To mae the story short, 4Inninger at the time $as in the

southern city of Tacna taing care of some $or related activities, all of $hich made it impossible for him to arrive in 8ima on time !or the fe$ days /stayed in 8ima, my camping gear $as ready to go at any given moment%snotice

Throughout all this time, $e remained in communication 4Inninger $asvery forthcoming, and ans$ered all my uestionsG he $as reluctant, though, to have any massive number of people sho$ up due to the largeamount of fragile fossils in the area

The day our private meeting $as scheduled had to be canceled at the last

minute +espite all the adverse circumstances, / endured it in the spirit of sportsmanship 5onetheless, / decided to go to the desert of /ca in thecompany of a friend and t$o other people #ne of my friends has a vehicleadeuate to drive over the sandy geography Thans the adventurous spiritof our friend $ho generously o6ered his vehicle at last minute, $e decided toleave that @aturday early morning

Deing the designated driver for the group, $e promptly left the city of 8ima and headed to$ards the @outh Pan-merican 4igh$ay e stopped onlyt$ice on the road to stoc up on $ater and to pump gas Throughout the $ayand as $e $ere getting closer to our nal destination, $e ept in

communication $ith 4Inninger $ho gave us directions on ho$ to get theresmoothly /t $as so, until the desolate desert began to interfere $ith thetransmitting signals of our mobile phones

The breadth of the /ueNo desert in contrast $ith the blue sy a$aited us"nited $e traveled to learn more about the authentic and ama&ing reality of our beautiful and fragile blue planet facing such dire problems Throughoutour drive, $e all observed the surrounding geography silently

Aach one of us $as immersed in their o$n personal ramblings, as $econtemplated on the marvelous and the unno$n hile driving over theirregular rolling terrain, the sandbans and rocy areas, in my mind / ept

going bac to $hat Hlaus had said to me "they li)e in the o$eans"%"they are extremely $on$erne a#out the situation on our

 planet"% "they ha)e #een li)ing here for thousans of years"% "they $onsier us their #rothers."

fter more than an hour%s drive through the desert along the indicated path, the sun started to set To this, my friend ($ho has an eagle eye and is anepert in setting up tents) suggested $e stop to nd a spot to camp s $estepped out of the car to rela after the long drive, $e all noticed a strong$ind blo$ing around our ears The $ind $as neither hot nor cold, 'ustblo$ing so much $e needed to raise our voice in order to hear one another8ucily, my friend found a place at the foot of a sinuous shaped hill sculpt byancient erosion, not $ithout rst telling us he had seen t$o lights, $itherratic .ight, at an undetermined distance This occurred immediately afterour arrival after B00 pm

+espite the prevailing $ind, $e $ored as a team to build our tents underthe direction of our epert friend, and then proceeded to eplore thesurrounding area 8ooing around our base camp one could distinguish t$odi6erent types of %mounds% / say this, because the one to our north had arocy shape, resembling a large $all $ith hori&ontal roc straticationsG $hilein front of us to the $est, $as another that looed as though a great pressurehad crushed its top, $hile being surrounded by roc formations largely

covered by sand

#nce it got dar, each one of us $ent o6 to eplore the place to their liing"nder the full moonlight and starry sy, one could see the landscape clearly/ climbed a $inding hill in front of us $ith ease, $ithout needing a .ashlight, the $ind incessantly blo$ing around my ears / $aled all the $ay to the endof the hill from $here to the distance / could spot the Pacic #cean / hadnever been in a place this remote s my friend 'ustly said >this loos as if agiant tsunami hit the terrain, and $hat it left after retiring> / didn%t feelanything, negative or positive, it is a very neutral place $ith minimal humanpresence or activity Perhaps that is $hat that made this so di6erent

+espite the $ind, later that night $e tried our best to light a re to preparesomething $arm to drin hile $e conversed, $e ept looing at the starrynight /n fact, this $as an ideal and deserted place for any amateurastronomer 4o$ever, as $e stopped taling $e heard a bu&&ing sound,$hich seemed to be coming from our 5orth$est, peculiarly close to ourcamp @ince Hlaus had commented that sound $as a sign and a prelude tothe presence of the Crypto-terrestrial crafts before maing contact, $e all fell

21

Page 22: Encounter With Cryptoterrestrials -An Incredible Case in Peru

silent ll of us in the group $ere trying to determine $hether the sound $eheard could be traKc noise from the @outh Pan-merican high$ay /f that$ere so, it $ould mean a considerable amount of vehicles @ince the $ind$as blo$ing from $est to east, it could hardly be the sound of traKc heardall the $ay to our remote location The sound $as monotonous, $ithout

pause, something resembling a po$er station or vibration t that point, thescenario seemed surreal, because the area looed lie a :artian geographycoupled $ith strong $ind, along $ith an absolute tranuility of the entirearea

#ur silence and observation of the area $as suddenly interrupted by thepresence of a sphere of bright color that came out of no$here, crossing at acertain altitude from south to north, and right above our camp 5ot all of ussa$ this because it only lasted for a fe$ seconds /t $as not a shooting star, and it $as not a meteor Truth be said, it $as too slo$ to be one or the other/n fact, / cannot fail to mention that both the sound and the presence of

spheres of light $ere part of the prelude to contact $ith the eplorers in thatsame &one / have to admit / $ould have loved to see the Crypto-terrestrialbeingsG at the same time, / have to say / have an idea $hat they $ould tellme

That night / slept very $ell, even though / sensed $e $ere being observedL /recogni&ed the feeling because it $as all around me from top to bottom, throughout the four cardinal points /t might be a personal and sub'ectiveopinion, but it all depends on ho$ you loo at it s soon as it da$ned netmorning, the sun rose $ith all its splendorL $e rapidly disassembled ourtents and too pictures of the areaL the desert has a uniue beautyL / can

honestly say that of all the trips and places / have camped, this has been aspecial, remote and neutral place

hile driving to$ards the road, / could not help but observe the surroundinglandscape / ept thining that an entire and sophisticated civili&ation hasshared our planet $ith us for millenniaG a civili&ation so concerned about thecurrent state of a6airs is no$ forced to mae contact, because an ignorantand less evolved ma'ority of humans is endangering life on the planet Thisma'ority is not a$are that a small plutocratic elite has immense po$er overthem ma'ority, /%m also certain $ould lie to no$ more, to learn moreabout our true history, and to create a better future for all living beings

 Conc'usions

4ere are some basic conclusions about this etraordinary case that need tobe shared

1 Peru is once again the scenario for an encounter $ith more evolvedbeings more sophisticated and advanced civili&ation than ours revealsitself as cohabiting $ith humanind on planet Aarth for thousands of years

2 The sightings observed in Peru and else$here in the $orld, could be the

result of Crypto-terrestrial aerial activities #bviously, there is no $ay todistinguish or properly classify "!#s, $hatever their origin may be

*- The emergence of more than a do&en light spheres from the "!# to theeploration camp area clearly indicates that the purpose $as to collect datafrom all members of the epedition

9- #nce the data is collected by the Crypto-terrestrials and through theirintelligence, they recogni&e the right $itnesses, they decide to maephysical contact and communicate their message

= The sighting of an unno$n craft, as $ell as Hlaus 4Inninger%s physicalcontact $ith the Crypto-terrestrial beings, are both $itnessed by all membersof the epedition

B +uring his sighting, and possibly during his physical encounter $ith theCrypto-terrestrial beings, 4Inninger $as able to tae several photographs,as is stated by him, and as sho$n during the intervie$ conducted by the!ourth :illennium @pain program

< /t is unno$n ho$ Hlaus 4Inninger%s encounter became of no$ledge tothe secret group that acted $ith suspect liberty, and got a$ay unpunished

This could have been the result of the initial disclosure made by 4Inningerhimself - or by other members of the epeditionary group - held privately, but someho$ still became no$n by this >intercepting> group

F The material theft and assault perpetrated against 4Inninger, as $ell asthe one against the cameraman (?::) resemble intelligence operations$herein the possible reactions of the victims are studied / assume theremust have been more than one driver $aiting for the victim in both cases

; Doth victims might have been monitored through $iretapping +espiteuite some time after his eperience of encounter, 4Inninger $as traced

10 The presence of t$o adult Caucasian males, allo$s maing theassumption, these >interceptors> may have originated from the "nited@tates /t is no$n that their hegemonic po$er is not receptive to a genuine"!# declassication $hen compared $ith other countries

11 /f it $ere so, this secret organi&ation is unable to control and O or limitCrypto-terrestrials beings, because these (beings) have a superior state of

2*

mental and scientic evolution, access to a superior source of energy, theyhave advanced unfamiliar technology and full control of airspace /n additionto having an independent eistence, they have the capacity to a6ect thecultural system of our human civili&ation and change its course

12 The above (10) conclusion, tells us there is a :ega Po$er cohabiting onplanet Aarth, $hereas, the delicate tas of developing a rapport andcommunication $ith us, implicitly $ould indicate the ris of an imbalance of the present po$er structure on Aarth This process $ould reuire a longprocess of >acclimati&ation> for us

1* Hlaus 4Inninger%s encounter $ith the Crypto-terrestrial beings $as of apositive natureG nonetheless, their message to us epresses a seriousconcern regarding the situation on Aarth, the planet they share $ith thehuman race e must really be in a very critical situation, globally, to ignore$hat has forced the Crypto-terrestrials to sho$ up before a group of human

beings

+ue to the enormously critical problems and social dilemmas created by ourhumanity, might the Crypto-terrestrials leave this planet if it $ere tocollaterally a6ect them3 Eou, the reader, $ill understand there are so manyopen-end uestions to this ne$ great $ide-angle, it could change thenarrative in relation to a more evolved, intelligent presence on ourplanet, dramatically This incredible story is in star contrast to other popularmyths and stories around the sub'ect of beings inhabiting the interior of theAarth

/f their goal is peaceful, could there be a meeting in the future $ith theCrypto-terrestrials to $or together to$ards a more peaceful planet, and ahuman culture that respects life3 To $hom $ill the Crypto-terrestrials resort3lternatively, $ould it be better to say train human groups as messengers,$ithout creating a dependency on a more advanced culture3
