Animal DescriptionHabitat: Mountains which have a lot of rocksAppearance: Body length-65~87cm, no horn, Long dogtooth, big ears, short legs, very short tail, dark brown fur.Food: Plant that grows beside rocks, young leaves or fruitOthers: Timid personality, bear 1~2 young.

Current StatusEndangeredIn Korea, there are several tens of musk

deer lives in mountains near 강원도Male musk deer has musk in their belly.

The musk is good ingredient of perfume and medicine. Also, it is very expensive.

Korean government appoint musk deer to natural monument.

Helpprotect animals and leave them

to next generation.Ban animal hunting and makes

laws about this problem.Ban logging trees, hunting wild ani-

mals, reduce using carbon dioxide. In 장수 state, people are trying

to revert musk deer.
