From your first day you will receive robust and comprehensive training to allow you to start working on real-life projects with responsibilities.

During your apprenticeship you will experience all aspects of professional working life. This includes working with experienced and knowledgeable managers and colleagues who will support and guide you in your progression. You will be involved in work designed to hone your independent management skills.

When you’ve completed your apprenticeship with Energy Assets you will have fundamental and detailed work experience and knowledge of professional working life.

As a result of our partnership association with accredited apprenticeship providers across Great Britain, our apprentice’s work will count towards having an approved Standard.

Your time as an Energy Assets Apprentice will typically last between 1-3 years depending on yourApprenticeship Standard.

At Energy Assets you won’t be alone.

At Energy Assets we fully support and guide our Apprentices.

You will have access to an extensive network of supportive and experienced personnel, comprehensive training, active coaching and mentoring throughout your apprenticeship with us.

Apprentices will receive assessments, observations and reviews carried out in the workplace, and some will also attend a local college on Day Release.

Regardless of how you’re evaluated you will receive regular internal reviews with your Energy Assets line-manager throughout your programme.

As an Energy Assets Apprentice you will be earning a real wage alongside gaining real-life experience.

At the end of years 1, 2 and 3 (depending on the length of your apprenticeship), you will complete a formal review which is intended to guide you in the right direction for what comes next in your career journey.
