Key Responsibilities: Leads energy efficiency at the site Member of site’s cross-functional “Green Team” Supports HSE leader with EMS and EnMS

implementation and ongoing activities Sponsors / leads energy improvements (capital projects,

energy kaizen work, energy treasure hunts, etc.) Establishes, leads and mentors site Energy Leader team;

delivers training and advises on improvement activities Participates in CMI Energy Champion Network
