    Our Floating Ball Valves are available in anextensive range of designs, materials, sizes andpressure classes and are in full conformancewith ANSI, API and NACE specifications.

    Enflow Floating Ball Valves are manufacturedunder a quality plan that is in full compliancewith the requirements of API Q1 and ISO9001. Each valve is designed in accordance toAPI 6D/598. As well, Enflow is licensed by API to use the API 6D monogram (Lic.#: 6D-0468). Our valves are manufactured in an ISO 9001 certified, state-of-the-art130,000 sq. ft. facility that utilizes sophisticated and conventional machine tools.

    Design Features Rugged Construction

    High quality investment castings poured in a variety of metals including carbon, stainless and other alloys, ensures durable and consistent operation in the harshest service conditions.

    Body Construction 2 piece bolted body design incorporates a metal overlapping body joint for enhanced strength with a hightemperature controlled seal.1 piece end-entry design achieves a true seal as a result of the multiple independent seals.

    Seat DetailThe flexible nature of our seat design ensures a higher cycle life while providing a superior seal.Seat detail is engineered to supply even pressure on the ball at all times ensuring areliable bubble tight shut-off on every cycle (exceeds ANSI Class IV level).Seats automatically compensate for changes in temperature and pressure.

    Low Torque OutputSeat designs, stem-bearing system and stem seal arrangements ensure consistent minimal torque values.

    Anti Blow-Out StemPositive blow out proof stem design is achieved from internal stem assembly toenable the stem bonnet to be removed in line for easy stem packing replacement.

    Stem Seal SystemFloating ball valves are designed with a multi-independent stem seal system with adjustable packing toprovide an economical solution for fugitive emission control.

    Fire Safe DesignAll valves are fire safe in accordance with API 607 latest edition and have been fire tested and witnessed bythird party inspectors.

    Locking DeviceAs a standard, all Enflow Ball Valves are equipped with locking devices for both lock-open and lock-closedservice. Valves are equipped with an independent stop plate.

    Control CharacteristicsAll valves are suitable for on / off control valve service with control characteristics and enhanced shut offcapabilities.

    Flow CapacityValve design allows for high flow capacity in liquid or gas services regardless of whether the media is cleanor dirty. Full port valves allow for pigging and ensure maximum flow capacity.

    Field RepairableSimple user friendly design allows for quick and easy part replacement requiring minimal "Down Time".
