As per approval received dated 24.04.2017 from the Chairperson of the Recruitment Committee of allcontractual Employees for Diamond Harbour Health District, the following provisionally selected Doctoris hereby posted as Medical Officer Thalassemia Control Unit, Diamond Harbour District Hospital asmentioned below

The candidate was selected through the walk in interview held on 18.04.17 vide notice

CMOH/DHHD/1501 Dated 05.04.2017 are purely contractual in nature and will be paid a consolidated

monthly remuneration of Rs. 40000/- ( Rupees Forty Thousands Only) from appropriate Head of State

Thalassemia Control Programme Fund.

The above mentioned candidate is hereby engaged as per terms and conditions below:-

a. The order of engagement will take effect from the Date he joins the post.b. The engagement is purely contractual by nature and automatically will be terminated after

31.03.18.

c. The period of contract may be extended further on the basis of satisfactory performance.

d. The service is terminable by one month's notice on either side. If the incumbent proposes tocease work without providing one month's notice remuneration will be deducted accordingly.

e. The candidate is directed to attend the office of Chief Medical Officer Diamond Harbour Health

District with one Non Judicial Stamp Paper worth Rupees Hundred only with one blank DemyPaper along with downloaded engagement order. He is further directed to bring one original

photo identity proof and age proof along with original MCI/WBMC Registration Certificate and

Caste Proof WITHIN 03.05.17.f. After joining at the Office of the CMOH Diamond Harbour ,the candidate is requested to report

for joining to the place of posting indicated in column 3 above within 05.05.2017

g. Any person failing to join within the stipulated period as above is liable as much as his

engagement order may be cancelled without further reference to him. The engagement

Authority reserves the right of not allowing the candidate to join beyond the stipulated joining
