• Replacement of site transformer completed by PG&E

Lighting Progress

• Facility Lighting Retrofit Progress:

• Lighting retrofits complete (pending ACUSD walk)

• Approximately 7112 light fixtures retrofitted (ESC 6953 fixtures)

• 198 retrofits planned with 10 year material warranty changed to retrofits

with 5 year material warranty due to application of existing fixture.

• 53 retrofits planned with 5 year material warranty changed to product

with 10 year material warranty due to application of existing fixture.

• 153 lamp retrofits change to new LED fixture retrofit due to condition of

existing fixture and/or to maintain consistency

Lighting Next Steps

• Facility Lighting Retrofit Next Steps:

• Site walks by ENGIE scheduled for 3/29 & 4/2 to identify dual

circuit light sensor installed on single circuits

• Replacement of dual circuit sensors to single circuit sensors

will be scheduled upon receipt of product delivery schedule

HVAC Progress & Next Steps

• All (84) HVAC units have been replaced as of March 23th

• Completion of punch list repairs and final commissioning with ACUSD planned for the month of April
