    SUPPORTING UTAS CUSTOMERS FROM ALL OVER EUROPE

    The European Product Support Centre (EPSC) is part of UTC Aerospace Systems, one of the world'slargest suppliers of technologically advanced aerospace and defence products. UTAS formed in 2012when Goodrich and Hamilton Sundstrand combined under UTC.

    EPSC provides comprehensive aftermarket support to engine manufacturers including Rolls Royce,Pratt and Whitney and Honeywell, as well as operators and repair shops throughout Europe.Located in Widnes in the English county of Cheshire, the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO)facility also services many customers from the Middle East, Russia and Africa.

    FAA and CAA certified state-of-the-art facilities are dedicated to provide short turnaround times andaccomplish quality maintenance, repair and overhaul performance. All assemblies are tested to theappropriate component maintenance manual. Should all or part of a nozzle need to be replaced,EPSC will provide the hardware.

  • European Product Support Centre Capabilities

    ALF502/507These Honeywell Aerospace manufacturedmanifolds are installed onto ALF502/507turbofan engines for regional aircraft. Suchaircraft include British Aerospace 146 andBombardier Challenger 600. Part of theoverhaul process involves a FluorescentPenetrant Inspection (FPI) on both themanifolds and nozzles.

    AE2100/3007 Piloted Air Blast

    Installed on aircraft such as the EmbraerERJ 145 and Saab 2000, the AE2100/3007Piloted Air Blast fuel nozzles are usedworldwide on commercial and militaryaircraft. These Rolls-Royce manufacturedfuel nozzles have been overhauled andrepaired at the European Product SupportCentre for many years.

    AE3007 Pure Air Blast

    Similar to the Piloted Air Blast nozzles, thePure Air Blast fuel nozzles are installed onAE3007 commercial aircraft only. Againfound in the Embraer 145 family, the Rolls-Royce manufactured nozzles are also foundon aircraft such as RQ-4 Global Hawk andCessna Citation X.

    APU 131-9 A/B

    Manufactured by Honeywell, these AuxiliaryPower Unit fuel nozzles are used on aircraftsuch as Airbus A318-321 (131-9A) andBoeing B737NG. Delavan part number511865-1 (Honeywell 3830416-1).

    APU 331-350

    Honeywell manufactured Auxiliary PowerUnit fuel nozzles used globally on aircraftincluding Airbus A330/A340. Delavan partnumber 67300 (Honeywell 3883839-2).

    APU 331-500

    The third Honeywell manufactured AuxiliaryPower Unit that is overhauled at the European Product Support Centre is usedon Boeing B777 aircraft. Delavan part number 66266-1(Honeywell 3883453-1).

    PW100 Series

    EPSC have the capability to overhaul andrepair the Pratt and Whitney manufacturedPW100 series. From Phase 0 rigid nozzlesto the Phase 3/4 flex nozzles, including theupgrades (E.g. Phase 3 to Phase 4). Thesenozzles are used on PW100 Turbopropengines on aircraft such as BombardierAerospace and ATR42/72.

    PW200 Series

    Developed specifically for helicopterapplications, the PW200 series are installedon aircraft such as Eurocopter EC 135 and MD Explorer. A Pratt and Whitney manufactured part.
