1. Turn the machine Off .
2. Open the UV electrical cabinet door.
3. In the PLC add a jumper between Q.1.1 to Q.1.2.

4. Verify that all the over loads (Q6.11, Q6.12, Q6.22 & Q7) are in On position.

5. Use isolating tool to push the left relay K6.11 for a few seconds, and verify that the water pump in the Cooler is rotating in the clockwise direction.

6. Repeat the above step for the other 2 relays K6.12 and K6.22, and verify that the 2 cooler's fans are rotating also in the clockwise direction.

7. If the direction is incorrect change one of the phases supplied to the UV Electrical cabinet.
8. From the UV Electrical cabinet, switch the main isolator to Off.

9. On the backside of the Extraction fan, verify that the motor direction is rotating in a clockwise direction.
10.Remove the jumper between Q.1.1 and Q.1.2.
