Scope of Work• We carry out various items as mentioned/set out in tender document. We also carry

out miscellaneous work as per instructions of owner's Project Head based on itemrates defined in BOQ (Bill of Quantities). The work is done based on the built up rate.

• The item which is not mentioned in BOQ, a process of extra item approval, prior tostart of work, will have to be carried out by us.

• We also carryout civil work consisting of following work package for full building:- Excavation, backfilling, soiling, anti-termite treatment. M 10/M 15 grade of PCC for foundation and plinth. Reinforce concrete of various grades of concrete such as M20, M25, M30, M35, M40

etc, as per structural design for foundation, columns, beams, slabs etc, and structuralmember.

Shuttering for all concrete elements. Reinforcement using Fe 500 grade reinforcement steel with M.S Binding wire. Masonry work using approved quality Fly ash bricks/Acc block of 100/150/200 mm

thickness & also fixing of RCC door frame with hardware, tools & tackles. Internal plaster in sanla finish, Gypsum or POP or as per instructions of owner's

Project Head. Extra Plaster: Double coat cement plaster as per instruction of owner's Project head.
