    Business Transactions in Islam

    1. in islam man is basically at liberty to possess commodities and goods and to effect transactions as required

    Dalam islam pada dasarnya manusia bebas untuk memiliki komoditas dan barang dan transaksi efek sesuai

    kebutuhan.

    2. islamic economy has laid down certain laws to govern exchanges and transactions among individuals andsocieties.

    Ekonomi islam telah meletakkan hukum-hukum tertentu untuk mengatur pertukaran dan transaksi antara

    individu dan masyarakat.

    3. Islamic economy has differentiated between lawful and unlawful forms of sale.

    ekonomi islam membedakan antara halal dan haram dalam jual beli.

    4. islam prohibits in absolute term oppression despotism, injustice, exploitation, bribe,nepotism, usury, fraud, monopoly, non reproductive saving, over weight in buying,

    undercutting in sale, extravagance, niggardliness, cheating, forgery and the gamut of

    political, social and economic improprieties.

    islam melarang dalam jangka mutlak penindasan kelaliman, ketidakadilan, eksploitasi, suap, nepotisme, riba,

    penipuan, monopoli, non reproduksi tabungan, lebih berat membeli, meremehkan dalam penjualan,

    pemborosan, niggardliness, kecurangan, pemalsuan dan, mulai dari politik, sosial dan improprietiesekonomi.

    Companies in islamic jurisprudence

    1. Islam has clearly stipulated the rules that govern the formation of any type of the different companies. it has

    ordained that contracts and deeds should be concluded in writing. Allah almighty says :

    " Ye who believe! when ye deal with each other, in transactions involving future obligations in a fixed period

    of time, reduce them to writing." Surah 2, verse 282.

    Islam telah jelas menetapkan aturan-aturan yang mengatur pembentukan setiap jenis perusahaan yang

    berbeda. telah ditahbiskan bahwa kontrak dan perbuatan harus disimpulkan secara tertulis. MahakuasaAllah mengatakan:

    Hai orang-orang yang beriman, apabila kamu bermu`amalah tidak secara tunai untuk waktu yangditentukan, hendaklah kamu menuliskannya

    2. this means that at the issues relevant to the organization of a company should bewritten such as the details related to aims, capital, mode of management, mode of

    distributing profits etc.

    ini berarti bahwa pada isu-isu yang relevan dengan organisasi perusahaan harus ditulis seperti rincian yang

    terkait dengan tujuan, modal, cara manajemen, cara mendistribusikan keuntungan dan lain lain.

    3. however, islam has it own reasoning for allowing and encouraging certain form of companies and formandatory intervention by the state to induce individuals to establish companies in generaly pooling of

    separately small assets, through formation of companies would lead to the emergence of large productive

    firms. likewise, islam encourages the formation of trace companies.

    Namun, islam memiliki penalaran itu sendiri untuk memungkinkan dan mendorong bentuk perusahaan

    tertentu dan untuk wajib intervensi oleh negara untuk mendorong orang untuk mendirikan perusahaan-

    perusahaan pada umumnya terpisah pengumpulan aset kecil, melalui pembentukan perusahaan akan

    menyebabkan munculnya perusahaan besar yang produktif. pula, islam mendorong pembentukan

    perusahaan jejak.

    4. from the islamic economic perspective, grouping of individual small resources owned by small shareholderswould promote collective work. co-operation in what is righteous and prous.

    The islamic economic system

    1. strikes a balance between the good of the individual and that of the society.

    Penyeimbangan antara kepentingan individu dan masyarakat.

    2. Moderation is the key-word in islamic economy

    Moderasi adalah kata kunci dalam ekonomi islam.

    3. The islamic economic system is interlinked with islam creed

    Sistem ekonomi islam berhubungan erat dengan aqidah islam.

    4. islamic economy has an ethical humanitarian aspect.

    Ekonomi islam mencakup ke dalam aspek kemanusiaan.

    5. Zakat plays a great role in enhancing social solidarity.

    Zakat memainkan peran besar dalam meningkatkan solidaritas social

    Freedom and Equality in Islam

    1. Islam has taught freedom, cherished it and guaranteed it for the muslim as well as for the non-muslim. Fromthe islamic point of view, the concept of freedom applies to all voluntary activities of men in all walks of life.

    Islam telah mengajarkan kebebasan, dihargai dan dijamin itu untuk muslim maupun non-muslim. Dari sudutpandang islam, konsep kebebasan berlaku untuk semua kegiatan sukarela manusia dalam semua bidang

    2. Every man is entitled to exercise his freedom of belief, conscience, and worship because these thing wouldbe meaningless if included by force. in addition, one of the basic principles in islam is that there is no

    compulsion in religion.

    . Setiap orang berhak untuk menjalankan kebebasan keyakinan, hati nurani, dan ibadah karena ini hal yang

    akan bermakna jika disertakan dengan kekerasan. sebagai tambahan, salah satu prinsip-prinsip dasar dalamIslam adalah bahwa tidak ada paksaan dalam agama.

    3. Islam teaches that in the sight of Allah all men are equal.

    Islam mengajarkan bahwa di sisi Allah semua manusia adalah sama.

    4. The only distinction which Allah recognizes is the distinction in piety.

    Satu-satunya perbedaan yang Allah nilai adalah perbedaan dalam ketaqwaan.

    The Transmission of Hadith

    The transmission of the practices and sayings of the Prophet PBUH from one person to another became

    necessary during the prophet's lifetime. In fact, the prophet him self (PBUH) used to give instructions with

    regard to the transmission of what he taught. Thus when a deputation of the tribe of Rabia came to wait

    upon him in the early days of madina, the prophet (PBUH) concluded his instruction to them with the words :"Remember this and report it to those whom you have left behind".
