Epilation in general

After epilating with the Satinxice, your skin willstay smooth and hair-free for weeks.As somewomen may develop skin irritation and ingrownhairs, we recommend that you read the textbelow carefully.- Do not use the appliance when the skin to be

epilated is irritated or when you have varicoseveins, pimples, moles (with hairs) or scratcheswithout consulting your doctor first.When youhave a reduced immune response, e.g. duringpregnancy or if you are suffering from diabetesmellitus, haemophilia or immunodeficiency, youmight be more susceptible. If any problemsshould occur, please contact your doctor aswell.

- Because the appliance pulls the hairs out by theroots, the skin may be slightly sensitive orbecome somewhat red and irritated.Thisphenomenon is absolutely normal (especiallywhen you have just started using the appliance)and will quickly disappear.As you use theappliance more often, the skin irritation willdecrease. Moreover, the hairs that grow backafter epilation gradually become softer andeasier to remove. If, however, your skin irritationhas not disappeared within three days, you areadvised to consult your doctor.

- When you epilate for the first time, we adviseyou to try the appliance out on an area withrelatively little hair growth. In this way you canget accustomed to this epilating method.

- Type HP6434/PB only:This appliance has beenextensively tested on the underarm and bikini-line areas. Some women may develop skinirritation when they use this appliance toepilate these parts of their body for the firsttime.We advise you to try the appliance out ona small patch of skin first.

Tips- Regular massages with a loofah (types

HP6433/PB, HP6434/PB, HP6435/PB only) mayhelp prevent ingrown hairs.When the skinsurface is carefully scrubbed with a loofah, finehairs will continue to grow without a problem.Do not scrub immediately before or afterepilating.

- Applying a mild cream or body milk afterepilation will help to reduce any skin irritationthat may develop.

- Hairs are easier to remove after you have takena bath or a shower. Make sure your skin iscompletely dry when you start to epilate.

- We advise you to epilate in the evening, as thiswill allow any skin irritation that may develop todisappear during the night.

Freezing the skin cooler

C 1 Remove the protective sleeve from theskin cooler.

C 2 Put the skin cooler without the protectivesleeve in the freezer cassette and put it inthe freezer or freezing compartment (***)for at least 6 hours before you startepilating.

Make sure the outside of the skin cooler iscompletely dry before you freeze it.

◗ Tip:You can store the skin cooler in thefreezer permanently.

Epilating the legs

Make sure your skin is clean and free of greaseand cream. Do not use cream right before youstart epilating.

C 1 Slide the frozen skin cooler into theprotective sleeve.

C 2 Snap the skin cooler onto the appliance.

3 Put the plug in the wall socket.

C 4 Switch the appliance on by selecting thedesired speed.

Speed I: for areas with little hair growth and/orwith bones directly beneath the skin (such asknees and ankles).Speed II: for larger areas and/or areas with astronger hair growth.

C 5 Stretch your skin with your free hand tomake the hairs stand upright.

C 6 Place the appliance on the skin at rightangles, with the cord pointing towards you,and move it against the direction of hairgrowth.

Make sure both the epilating discs and the skincooler touch your skin.Do not press the appliance onto the skin.

C 7 Be sure to stretch your leg when youepilate the back of your knee.

C 8 Switch the appliance off by setting thespeed selector to position O.

Epilating (types HP6434/PB, HP6437/PB,HP6438/PB only)

The precision cap reduces the number ofepilating discs that are active and stretches theskin during epilating. It is particularly suitable whenepilating the underarm and bikini-line areas.Youwill get the best results when the hairs are nottoo long (max. 1 cm long).

1 Switch the appliance off.

C 2 Place the precision cap on the appliance.The precision cap only fits onto the appliance inone way.

C 3 Snap the skin cooler in its protectivesleeve onto the appliance.


We advise you to use speed II.

C 5 Stretch the skin with your free hand andplace the appliance on the skin at rightangles.

Make sure both the epilating discs and the skincooler touch your skin.

6 Move the appliance slowly across the skinagainst the direction of hair growth.

Shaving (types HP6435/PB, HP6436/PB,HP6438/PB only)

You can use the shaving head to shave sensitiveparts of the body such as the armpits and thebikini line.With the shaving head you will obtain asmooth result in a comfortable and gentle way.You don't have to use the skin cooler for thisoperation.


C 2 Remove the epilating head.Press the ribbed sections and slide the epilatinghead off the appliance in the direction of thearrow.

C 3 Snap the shaving head onto the applianceby pushing it against the direction of thearrow ('Click').

The shaving head can only be mounted on theappliance in one way.


We advise you to use speed I.

C 5 Place the trimmer and the shaving foil onyour skin and move the appliance slowlyagainst the direction of hair growth whilepressing it lightly.

Exfoliating (types HP6437/PB andHP6438/PB only)

Use the exfoliating head only on your legs, not onyour armpits or bikini line.

1 Make sure the appliance is switched off.

C 2 Remove the epilating head, press theribbed section and slide the exfoliatinghead off the appliance in the direction ofthe arrow.

3 Remove the skin cooler.

C 4 Slide the exfoliating head onto the appliance.It only fits onto the appliance in one way.

5 Switch the appliance on.

Choose speed I or II, depending on the requiredexfoliating strength.We recommend exfoliatingeach leg for 1-3 minutes.- To obtain a good skin appearance, use the

exfoliating head once or twice a week.- Don't use any cream, foam, gel or lotion just

before or during the exfoliation.- Don't use the exfoliating head within two days

after epilation.- For hygienic reasons, the exfoliating head

should only be used by one person.- We advise you to exfoliate before going to bed

at night.Any skin irritation that may develop willdiminish overnight.

Allgemeines zur Epilation

Nach dem Epilieren mit Satinxice bleibt Ihre Hautwochenlang glatt und unbehaart. Da einige Frauenmit Hautreizungen reagieren können odereingewachsene Haare aufweisen, lesen Sie bitteden folgenden Text.- Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn die Haut

gereizt oder entzündet ist, auch nicht beiPickeln,Ausschlag und Wunden, beiKrampfadern oder (behaarten) Muttermalen.Fragen Sie zuvor Ihren Arzt. Gleiches gilt beigeschwächter Abwehrlage, z. B. bei Diabetesmellitus (Zuckerkrankheit), Schwangerschaft,Hämophilie und Immunschwäsche.

- Nach der ersten Anwendung des Gerätskönnten Sie ein leichtes Unbehagen empfinden,da die Haare an der Haarwurzel entferntwerden. Das geht nach wenigen Anwendungenvorüber.Außerdem lassen sich dienachwachsenden Härchen leichter entfernen,da sie weicher und dünner sind. Sollte dieReizung allerdings länger als drei Tage andauern,so konsultieren Sie bitte Ihren Arzt.

- Wenn Sie das Gerät zum ersten Mal benutzen,empfiehlt es sich, es zuerst an einer nur leichtbehaarten Stelle auszuprobieren, um sich mitdem Epilierverfahren vertraut zu machen.

- (Nur Type HP6434/PB:) Dieses Gerät ist in der

- Regelmäßige Reinigung und Wartung sichertIhnen die besten Resultate und eine langeNutzungsdauer.

Hinweise zum Gebrauch- Eine regelmäßige Massage mit Luffa-Produkten

(Nur Type HP6433/PB, HP6434/PB,HP6435/PB) verhindert, dass Härchen in dieHaut wachsen. Bei regelmäßiger Anwendungeines Luffa-Schwamms wachsen die Härchennormal. Massieren Sie aber nicht unmittelbarvor oder nach dem Epilieren.

- Nach dem Epilieren können Sie eine mildeCreme oder eine Body Lotion auftragen, umeventuell auftretende Hautreizungen zu lindern.

- Das Epilieren ist nach einem Dusch- oderVollbad am leichtesten. Ihre Haut muss abervöllig trocken sein.

- Es empfiehlt sich, die Epilation am Abend vordem Einschlafen vorzunehmen, da eventuelleHautreizungen über Nacht abklingen.

Die Kühlung des Skin-Coolers

C 1 Nehmen Sie die Schutzkappe vom Skin-Cooler.

C 2 Legen Sie den Skin-Cooler ohne dieSchutzkappe in die Kühlkassette, undkühlen Sie ihn vor dem Epilieren in einemTiefkühlgerät bzw. -fach (***) mindestens 6 Stunden lang.

Achten Sie darauf, dass der Skin-Cooler völligtrocken ist, bevor sie ihn kühlen.

◗ Hinweis: Sie können den Skin-Cooler auchständig im Tiefkühlgerät bzw. -fachaufbewahren.

Die Beine epilieren

Ihre Haut muss bei der Anwendung sauber, fettfreiund absolut trocken sein.Verwenden Sie vor demEpilieren keine Cremes.

C 1 Setzen Sie die Schutzkappe auf dengekühlten Skin-Cooler.

C 2 Drücken Sie den Skin-Cooler auf dasGerät.

3 Stecken Sie den Stecker in die Steckdose.

C 4 Schalten Sie das Gerät ein, indem Sie diegewünschte Geschwindigkeit wählen:

Geschwindigkeit I: Für Stellen mit schwacherBehaarung und für Hautpartien über Knochen,wie an Knien und Knöcheln.Geschwindigkeit II: Für größere Hautpartienund/oder bei stärkerem Haarwuchs.

C 2 Nehmen Sie die Epiliereinheit vom Gerät.Drücken Sie auf die geriffelten Fläche derEpiliereinheit und schieben Sie sie in Pfeilrichtungvom Gerät herunter.

Epilation en général

L'épilation avec Satinxice laisse votre peau douceet sans poils pendant plusieurs semaines. Etantdonné le fait que certaines femmes peuvent subirune irritation de la peau, nous vousrecommandons de lire attentivement ce qui suit.- N'utilisez pas l'appareil sur une peau irritée ou

avec des varices, taches, des taches de vin (avecpilosités) ou autres problèmes cutanés sansconsulter votre médecin préalablement. Lesmêmes recommandations s'appliquent auxpersonnes ayant des protections immunitairesreduites, par exemple les femmes enceintes, lesdiabétiques, les hémophiles ou les déficientsimmunitaires. En cas de problème, consultezvotre médecin.

- L'appareil retire les poils avec leurs racines etdonc cela peut provoquer un rougissement ouune irritation de la peau. Il s'agit d'une réactionnormale (surtout quand vous utilisez l'appareilpour la première fois) qui disparaîtrarapidement. Mais cet effet diminueragraduellement à chaque utilisation. La repoussea tendance à être plus douce au toucher.Cependant, si l'irritation persiste plus de troisjours, consultez votre médecin.

- Quand vous utilisez l'appareil pour la premièrefois, nous vous conseillons de commencer à un

Suggestions- Un massage régulier de la peau avec un gant

végétal ou un loofah ( Type HP6433/PB,HP6434/PB, HP6435/PB uniquemen) demassage peut vous aider à éviter les poilsincarnés. Quand la surface de la peau estbrossée avec un loofah, les poils finscontinueront à croître sans problèmes. Nebrossez pas la surface de la peauimmédiatement avant ou après l'épilation.

- Après utilisation, vous pouvez appliquer unecrême douce ou un lait corporel qui aidera àréduire une irritation possible de la peau aprèsl'épilation.

- Les poils sont plus facile à épiler après un bainou une douche, mais votre peau doit êtrecomplètement sèche durant l'épilation.

C 1 Retirez le manchon du pack givrant.

C ◗ Met uw nieuwe Satinxice kunt u snel,gemakkelijk en doeltreffend ongewenstehaartjes verwijderen. De combinatie van hetbeproefde epileerschijfjes-systeem met denieuw ontwikkelde huidkoeler betekent eenrevolutie in epileren. Door de natuurlijkeverdovende werking van het ijs op uw huid isepileren prettiger en minder pijnlijk dan ooit.

◗ Satinxice is speciaal geschikt voor hetbehandelen van de benen. Zelfs de kortstehaartjes (0,5 millimeter!) worden door de sneldraaiende epileerschijfjes gevangen en metwortel en al uitgetrokken. De haartjes diemogelijk na enige tijd zullen verschijnen, zijndonzig zacht. Dus geen stoppels!

Belangrijk

◗ Controleer of het op het apparaat aangegevenvoltage overeenkomt met de netspanning inuw woning voordat u het apparaat aansluit.

◗ Voorkom dat het apparaat in contact komtmet water.

◗ Houd het apparaat uit de buurt van kinderen.◗ Voorkom verwonding of beschadiging. Houd

Epileren in het algemeen

Na het epileren met de Satinxice blijft uw huidwekenlang glad en onbehaard.Toch kunnensommige vrouwen last krijgen van huidirritaties eningegroeide haren. Daarom raden wij u aanonderstaande tekst goed door te lezen voordat uhet apparaat gaat gebruiken.- Gebruik het apparaat niet zonder eerst uw

huisarts te raadplegen indien de te epilerenhuid geïrriteerd is of wanneer er zichspataderen, puistjes, moedervlekken (metharen) of wondjes op bevinden.Wanneer uwweerstand verminderd is, bijvoorbeeld vanwegezwangerschap, of wanneer u aan suikerziekte,hemofilie of immunodeficiëntie lijdt, is hetmogelijk dat u gevoeliger bent. Mochten erproblemen optreden, neem dan contact opmet uw huisarts.

- Doordat de haartjes met de haarwortelsworden uitgetrokken, kan de huid wat gevoelig,rood of geirriteerd zijn. Dit verschijnsel is heelnormaal (met name wanneer u het apparaatvoor het eerst gebruikt) en zal spoedig weerverdwijnen. Naarmate u het apparaat vakergebruikt, zal de irritatie afnemen. Nieuwehaartjes zijn zachter, donziger en makkelijker teverwijderen. Mocht het verschijnsel echterlanger dan drie dagen aanhouden, raadpleegdan uw arts.

- Als u zich voor de eerste keer onthaart, radenwe u aan het apparaat uit te proberen op eenbetrekkelijk licht behaard gedeelte. Op dezemanier kunt u zich geleidelijk vertrouwd makenmet deze methode van epileren.

- Alleen type HP6434/PB: Dit apparaat isuitgebreid getest op het epileren van oksels ende bikinilijn. Sommige gebruiksters kunnen lasthebben van enige huidirritatie wanneer zij voorde eerste keer een epilator gebruiken op dezedelen van het lichaam.Wij adviseren u daaromhet apparaat eerst op een klein gedeelte vande huid uit te proberen.

- Het apparaat levert de beste resultaten enheeft de langste levenduur als u het regelmatigschoonmaakt en goed onderhoudt

Tips- Regelmatig masseren met een

massagehandschoen (loofah) (Alleen typeHP6433/PB, HP6434/PB, HP6435/PB) kanhelpen voorkomen dat haartjes gaan ingroeien.Door voorzichtig de bovenste huidlaag tescrubben kunnen fijne haartjes probleemloosdoorgroeien. Scrub bij voorkeur niet directvoor of na het epileren.

- Een milde crème helpt na gebruik van hetapparaat eventuele huidirritaties teverminderen.

- Haren zijn makkelijker te epileren nadat u eenbad of douche heeft genomen. Uw huid moetechter wel geheel droog zijn bij het epileren.

- Epileer bij voorkeur 's avonds. Eventuelehuidirritatie kan dan 's nachts wegtrekken.

Huidkoeler invriezen

C 1 Verwijder de beschermhoes van dehuidkoeler.

C 2 Plaats de huidkoeler zonder debeschermhuls in de vriescassette en legdeze in de vrieskist of in het vriesvak (***)van uw koelkast. Laat de huidkoeler hierten minste 6 uur liggen voordat u gaatepileren.

Zorg dat de buitenzijde van de huidkoeler droogis voor u deze invriest.

◗ Tip: U kunt de huidkoeler ook permanent inde vrieskist of het vriesvak bewaren.

Benen epileren

Zorg ervoor dat uw huid schoon, niet vet en vrijvan crème is. Gebruik geen creme vlak voor hetontharen.

C 1 Schuif de beschermhuls om de bevrorenhuidkoeler.

C 2 Klik de huidkoeler aan het apparaat.

3 Steek de stekker in het stopcontact.

C 4 Schakel het apparaat in door de gewenstesnelheid te kiezen.

Snelheid I:Voor delen met dunne beharing en/ofwaar het bot zich direct onder de huid bevindt(zoals de knieën en enkels).Snelheid II:Voor grotere en/of sterk behaardedelen.

C 5 Trek de huid met uw vrije hand strak,zodat de haartjes goed rechtop staan.

C 6 Plaats het apparaat loodrecht op de huidmet het snoertje naar u toe wijzend enbeweeg het tegen de haargroeirichting in.

Zorg ervoor dat zowel de epileerschijfjes als dehuidkoeler contact maken met uw huid.Oefen tijdens het epileren geen druk uit op hetapparaat.

C 7 Houd uw been goed gestrekt wanneer uuw knieholte epileert.

C 8 Schakel het apparaat uit door de aan/uitschakelaar in stand O te zetten.

Oksels en bikinilijn

Epileren (alleen type HP6434/PB,HP6437/PB, HP6438/PB)

De precision cap vermindert het aantal actieveepileerschijfjes en trekt de huid tijdens hetepileren strak. Speciaal geschikt voor het epilerenvan de oksels en de bikinilijn. Het epileren gaathet best als de haartjes niet al te lang zijn (tot ca.1 cm lang).

1 Schakel het apparaat uit.

C 2 Plaats de precision cap op het apparaat.De precision cap kan maar op een manier op hetapparaat worden geplaatst.

C 3 Klik de huidkoeler met de beschermhulsaan het apparaat.


Wij adviseren u snelheid II te gebruiken.

C 5 Houd de huid strak en plaats het apparaatloodrecht op de huid.

Zorg ervoor dat zowel de epileerschijfjes als dehuidkoeler contact maken met uw huid.

6 Beweeg het apparaat tegen de richting vande haargroei in.

Voor het ontharen van de gevoelige delen vanhet lichaam, zoals de oksels en de bikinilijn, kunt uhet scheerhoofd gebruiken. Met het scheerhoofdbereikt u op een comfortabele en zachte maniereen glad resultaat. Hierbij is het niet nodig dehuidkoeler te gebruiken.


C 2 Verwijder het epileerhoofd.Druk op de geribbelde vlakjes en schuif hetepileerhoofd in de richting van de pijl van hetapparaat af.

C 3 Plaats het scheerhoofd op het apparaatdoor het tegen de richting van de pijl in teschuiven ('Klik').

Het scheerhoofd kan slechts op een manier ophet apparaat worden geschoven.


Wij adviseren u snelheid I te gebruiken.

C 5 Plaats de trimmer en het scheerblad opuw huid en beweeg het apparaat langzaamtegen de richting van de haargroei interwijl u zachtjes drukt.

Gebruik het peelingaccessoire alleen voor uwbenen, niet voor uw oksels of bikinilijn.

1 Zorg ervoor dat het apparaatuitgeschakeld is.

C 2 Verwijder het epileerhoofd door op degeribbelde vlakjes te duwen en hetepileerhoofd in de richting van de pijl vanhet apparaat af te schuiven.

3 Verwijder de huidkoeler.

C 4 Schuif het peelingaccessoire op hetapparaat. Dit onderdeel kan maar op éénmanier op het apparaat bevestigd worden.

5 Schakel het apparaat in.

Kies snelheid I of II, afhankelijk van de gewenstepeelingintensiteit.We adviseren u elk been 1 tot 3minuten te peelen.- Gebruik het peelingaccessoire één of twee keer

per week om uw huid er goed uit te laten zien.- Gebruik geen crème, schuim, gel of lotion vlak

voordat u gaat peelen.- Gebruik het peelingaccessoire niet binnen twee

dagen na het epileren.- Om hygiënische redenen dient het

peelingaccessoire slechts door één persoongebruikt te worden.

- Gebruik het peelingaccessoire bij voorkeur 's avonds voordat u naar bed gaat. Eventuelehuidirritatie kan dan 's nachts wegtrekken.

- Smeer na het peelen uw huid in met een mildecrème of bodymilk om de huid te hydraterenen de textuur te verbeteren.

Het apparaat schoonmaken

Gebruik geen agressieve schoonmaakmiddelenschuurdoekjes, schuursponsjes, benzine, acetone.d.

C 1 Schakel het apparaat uit en haal de stekkeruit het stopcontact.

C 2 Verwijder de huidkoeler.

C 3 Neem de beschermhuls van de huidkoeleraf.

C 4 Spoel de huidkoeler en de beschermhuls afof reinig deze met een vochtige doek.

Zorg dat de buitenzijde van de huidkoeler droogis voor u deze invriest.

Congelação do aplicador de frioanestesiante

5 Cihazı çalıştırınız.

İstenilen peeling şekline göre I veya II hız ayarınıseçiniz. Her bacak için 1-3 dakika peelingyapmanızı öneririz.- güzel bir cilde sahip olmak için, peeling başlığını

haftada bir veya iki kez kullanınız.- Peeling sırasında veya hemen öncesinde

kesinlikle krem, köpük,veya losyon kullanmayınız.- Peeling başlığını kesinlikle epilasyondan iki gün
