Successful completion of the Advanced Level meets the English Language Proficiency requirements for entry in to the University of Lethbridge. Students can be conditionally admitted to the University and begin studies in their undergraduate or graduate program once they have completed the EAP Program. Our instructors are all highly educated with TESL Certification, and years of instructional experience at the post-secondary level. Students who complete the advanced EAP level can transition into academic study at the undergraduate or graduate level. Summer English Experience in Canada

In partnership with the University of Lethbridge, CHN provides international students with warm and welcoming homestay experiences so they feel well supported during their program of study in Canada. English for Academic Purposes

Completion of the EAP program meets the University of Lethbridge’s English Language Proficiency requirements, therefore students conditionally accepted into a uLethbridge undergraduate program may proceed into regular undergraduate study. Each level of study takes one semester (approximately four months) to complete. Pre-Intermediate Level

• build strong sentence writing skills.• prepare for paragraph writing, listening to lectures and giving presentations.

Intermediate Level• plan and produce a strong paragraph.• develop intermediate lecture and presentation skills.• review more complex speaking, vocabulary and grammar skills.

High Intermediate Level• progress from constructing paragraphs to essays.• read and write about current events and academic subjects.

Advanced Level• write a scholarly research paper and present your findings.• review all grammar skills and apply them in reading comprehension.• lead academic discussion and debates.
