BOYSWEB service will launch the user login page via 3G or Wi-Fi when the RFID or QR code attached to the relevant asset is scanned using the scanner application installed on iOS or Android based smartphones and tablets. History page for the relevant equipment designed based on the request of the customer is opened based on the user privileges after the user code and the password is entered.

Maintenance date, assigned maintenance personnel, maintenance time and downtime information, workmanship cost, material cost, service cost and total cost information of the relevant asset will be displayed based on the defined user privileges.

Entire maintenance history of the relevant asset can be displayed. It is possible to obtain preliminary information prior to troubleshooting the failure or performing maintenance operations without asking anyone anything and going through the document archive.
