RSE - 401 : AUTOCLAVE VERTICAL

It is used for sterilization under saturated steam pressure at any selected point between 5 to 20 p.s.i. (Optional adjustable with pressure control switch). These are double walled units with inner chamber (Boiler) made of 18 S.W.G. SS & outer chamber is covered with M.S. Lid with S.S. lining is tightened by radial locking system. Fitted with neoprin rubber gasket, all systems are hydraulically tested upto 40 p.s.i. as a safety measure. These autoclaves are fitted with standards accessories such as water level indicator, pressure gauge,steam release cock,spring loaded safety valve & heating element. Supplied completely with S.S. basket, cord & plug to work on 220/230 volts A. C. Supply. All Deluxed Models besides being fitted with SS/Lid & having inner chamber made of S.S. & outer chamber S.S.,are also fitted with Vacuum Beaker as a Safety Device.

Most useful for sterlizing the loaded material under a steam pressure of 5to20 p.s.i. (adjustable with pressure control switch). It has inner chamber, steam jacket & outer wall made of S.S. duly argon are welded. The space between outer wall & steam jacket is filled with high grade glass wool to minimizes the temperature loss. All sterilizers are hydraulically tested upto 40 p.s.i. The lid is made of thick M.S. with S.S. linging or S.S. & closed by wing radial type closing arrangement. Fitted with a gasket made up of

Triple walled construction inner chamber is made up of high grade SS Sheet of SS-304 grade. The outer body is also made of thick SS Sheet. The boiler is made of SS. The lid is made of thick SS plate. The unit is duly fitted with highly efficient M.S.Painted Ring & radial locking system duly chrome plated. A three way valve or a multi port valve made of SS is installed for controlling the sterlization cycle. The pressure is adjustable from 5psi to 20psi, pressure is controlled by automatic pressure control switch. Fitted with water level indicator & vacuum beaker. The unit is fitted with temperature gauge,vacuum beaker & steam trap. The whole unit is mounted on a robust tubular stand made of MS duly painted with attractive stove enamel.

• While placing the order sall customers are requested to mention the catalogue no. of the instrument along with its price, mode

of despatch (passenger train or other transport) bankers name and C.S.T./TIN No. Consignee address may please be

mentioned, if despatch is to be made to places other then your city.

• For Dealers: 90% Advance payment should a company the supply order. balance will be drawn through any scheduled

bank, against despatch documents.

• All equipment are supplied as per the details given in the catalogues, but due to company policy of continuous, development and

improvement were serve the right against change or modify in design and construction with out notice. Hence the

illustrations in the catalogue are not binding and may be changed with out prior notice or obligation.

• All carpentry, missionary or electrical job required for installation of the equipment will have to be got done by customer at his own cost.

• All equipments/instruments are covered with a warranty for a period of 12 months. The warranty does not cover glass parts,

tubes, relay, bulbs, thermometer or failure due to mis handling, physical damage, improper use of the equipment.

• All disputes are subject to Gurgaon jurisdiction.

• All orders are booked against a delivery period of 1-4 weeks or earlier. How ever for any delay due to unavoidable circumstances, in

executing the order, we will not be liable to pay for any damages.

• All instruments/equipment requiring personal installation and demonstration at site, by our trained staff, can be arranged

against extra charges according to the distance.

• This price list supersedes all previous price list.

• Prices are ex- Gurgaon (Rising Sun Office), packing, forwarding, freight, insurance shall be charged extra.
