MandA Events was founded
in 2009 by Maria Bravo &
Alina Peralta.
MandA is an event company
dedicated to private &
philanthropic events as a
management production
company working
worldwide.
MandA Events starts
working on European Galas,
starting events in London ,
Paris and Marbella in 2009-
2010.
In each country these Galas
were run under different
names, (Noble, Starlite,
ParCeour) local to the
countries language.
In March 2013, The Global Gift
Foundation Spain was founded to
look after all European Donations
in a fiscally responsible manner.
With the idea of expansion of the
Galas into Mexico and the US.
Global Gift Foundation filed for
501 (c) (3) status in September
2013 which was granted in June
2014.

In 2012, as the majority of events
were now in Europe, MandA
Events decides to open a limited
company (US Equivalent of an
LLC Company) in Spain and use
Spain as its base for European
Operations. This Company is
called as the Galas- The Global
Gift Gala S.L.
All European Galas that stated in
2009 have their name changed
to The Global Gift Gala.

Charity Event. Clients can choose to have MandA create a special philanthropic event.
MandA is a for-profit events Company that runs private events specializing but not limited to philanthropic events in the USA & Europe- branding is publicised in Global Gift Galas as a sister Company of Global Gift Gala S.L- not as a Company being hired to work the event. MandA has no involvement in The Global Gift Gala Platform.

How Global Gift
is set up Global Gift comprises of a three tier set up covering
requirements in Europe and the USA. All legal and tax
aspects are securely covered by this set up. The enterprise
consists of a Limited Company registered under Spanish
Law, a Foundation registered under Spanish Law for all
European Donors and an American registered 501(C)(3)
Foundation to cover all north American Donor activities.

An Event Platform known as The Global Gift Gala recognized globally. This is the name of a product- it is not a Company or Foundation.
A Limited Company for philanthropic advertising and event production providing a 360 service. The Company also runs private events in Europe.
Sole purpose of correctly managing and distributing donations received through The Global Gift Gala or other of income.
The Global Gift Galas are events where celebrity and philanthropy walk hand in hand to pay
tribute to those who support and create awareness to help children and promote the
personal growth of women through its worldwide events. The Global Gift Gala has benefitted
over 20 fiscally and socially responsible foundations and create great media awareness.
Galas encompass: entertainment with renowned artists, an elegant dinner, an auction and a
special tribute to the Global Gift Philanthropist Award Recipient, Gift Global Humanitarian
Award Recipient, Global Gift Philanthropreneur and/or Gift Global Excellence Award. Along
with these prestigious honors, galas also commemorate organizations small local
foundations, that are physically responsible, that have created a positive impact in their
communities presenting them with "Our Heroes " award along with a monetary donation .
The Global Gift Gala is currently held in Paris, London, Marbella, Cannes, Dubai & Mexico.
Initiatives are smaller more intimate events with between 30-40 guests, all with a common
goal of making a difference.
What is it?
An agency to provide an integral service for the set up for philanthropic events.
Provide an advertising platform for top Corporation brands to get media exposure related to philanthropy.
Manage private events in Europe to be able to fund the Global Gift Platform and structure.
How do we generate incomes?
We actively look for sponsorships and income generating incomes for The Global Gift Gala and other philanthropic
initiatives we carry out. Companies are paying for an advertising campaign through sponsorship & collaborations. They
are not making a donation to the foundation. They receive benefits in return in the form of advertising linking their
brands to celebrities and philanthropy. They are provided with a Return on Investment study to show how much value
the sponsorship generated for their brand.
We carryout private non charitable events, for example, birthday parties.
How do we spend the money?
All incomes are used to fund The Global Gift platform, infrastructure as well as running the Galas.
Cover expenses such as; salaries, utilities, flights, legal fees, accounting fees, production, sound, light, decor, anything
related in the gala execution and the running of the offices and operations etc.
Global Gift Foundation, established in 2013 by Maria Bravo and Alina Peralta,
is a non -profit organization focused on creating a positive impact on the lives
of children, women and families, grouping fiscally responsible organizations,
resources, celebrities, influencers, organizations and brands for a global
impact of transformation. The founders decided to launch their own
foundation with the constant growth of the event platform .
With its own foundation, Global Gift has ensured that both the beneficiary
and Global Gift Foundations are fiscally responsible. This assures the
foundation has the power to maximize revenue for foundations involved. The
Foundation has a simple mission, to create positive change in the
development, welfare, health and social inclusion of the most vulnerable.
The Foundation helps provide shelter, food , clothing, education , medical
care and other changing survival needs of vulnerable groups, particularly
women and children. The Foundation is self-funded. Donations made to
other Foundations, Associations and Charities as well as the foundations own
projects are funded through the foundations platform that is made up of The
Global Gift Galas and Global Gift Initiative dinners.
