I have no formal artistic qualifications nor do I want any as i
believe that my work should reflect a part of me and not something
I have learned from others. if I need to know anything I will learn
it from my own mistakes. C h r i s P i l m o r e. Left school at 16
to persue the "family career" in the coal mines of The East
Midlands. After spending nearly 20 years underground he "escaped"
to rural Somerset to persue his lifelong love for creativity. He
was 37 when he started creating environmentally friendly
sculptures.
3. What inspired Chris Pilmore to create environmentally

Form.
4.
To inspire other people to re-use their recycled
materials.
Why does he use recycled materials?
Does the artist have a purpose for creating the sculptures?

waiting to be reused elsewhere?
