Chúng tôi xin tham chiếu thư của Nhà Thầu CW1A/DDIS/0583 ngày 06/12/2015, Tư V n DDIS và Nhân sự Nhà Thầu đã kiểm tra lại công trường gói CW1A vào ngày 16/12/2015. Chúng tôi nhận thầy trên công trường có một số tình trạng kém cần được khắc phục như sau:

- Không có kho thích hợp để lưu chứa các ch t th i độc hại. - Không có thu gom rác th i độc hại trên công trường. - Xử lí không đúng nhiên liệu và dầu bị đổ ra ngoài.

Chúng tôi yêu cầu các ông nghiêm túc thực hiện theo ghi nhận của đoàn ADB và báo cáo Tư V n DDIS trước ngày 25/12/2015. Xin vui lòng tham kh o Báo cáo kiểm tra môi trường ngày 16/12/2015 theo văn b n đính kèm của Tư Vần số DDIS/CW1A/0580 ngày 18/12/2015.
