CompactorSpraySpray Overview

CompactorSpray is a system designed for the control of odors in commercial trash compactors

It easily integrates with any existing compactor unit automatically dispersing our ELIMINODOR+ product:

Description of CompactorSpraySpray

Automatically dispenses Eliminodor+, 24 hours a day, virtually eliminating all odors, leaving behind an all natural fragrance.

Comprised of a series of nozzles connected by vinyl tubing , encased in plastic conduit, that are mounted around the hopper in an open type trash compactor or in the ceiling of a closed (dog house) or chute type compactor.

The nozzles spray the Eliminodor+ product into the hopper and onto the garbage to control the odors emanating from the refuse.

Tubing connects to 55 gallon drum which contains pump and timing mechanism.

Unit can be set to monitor length of spray and time of cycle to best control odors on site.

System can also be set to spray each compactor compression cycle if desired.

Envirostat recommends running system 24 hours day for maximum odor control.

CompactorSpraySpray

We utilize a very simple “quick disconnect” which is located next to compactors’ hydraulics which makes for easy removal of the compactor when dumping.

Operation of CompactorSpray

The system is easy to refill and operate.

Each refill requires one 16 ounce bottle of ELIMINODOR+, added to the 55 gallon barrel.

After the product is poured into the barrel, just add water, filling it to the top.

Under standard settings a barrel of product will last approximately 2 weeks.

ELIMINODOR++

ELIMINODOR+ is an all natural, 100% biodegradable, non-hazardous, bio-catalyst.

The product stimulates existing micro-organism’s cells to digest and remove organic compounds such as odor.

It does not mask odor it actually removes it. The product also leaves behind a pleasant fragrance.

Accepted for use by establishments operating under Federal Inspection Programs.

Accepted by the U.S.D.A. Fragrances available in Wintergreen,

Eucalyptus, Mango, Floral, Bubble Gum, Baby Powder, and Cinnamon scents.

ExciteR is an exclusive Envirostat product that provides rapid knockdown and kill of insects.

Can be mixed with Eliminodor + to remove flies and maggots from commercial trash compactors.
