Current SIT Non-negotiables
At each SIT meeting, campuses may cover whatever they
need to, but at some point during the meeting, the following
should be discussed. Ideally, these topics should also
appear on the agenda:
• A discussion of current campus safety issues
• A review of the last EPAC meeting by the EPAC
representative
• A discussion of at least one of the 6 decision-making
areas (planning, budgeting, curriculum, etc.)

The Campus Improvement Plan
SIT members (and ideally all campus faculty) should be
familiar with the campus improvement plan. Administrators
should be sharing it and getting feedback about it from SIT
members.
At key points during the year (January & April), SIT
members should contribute to both the Formative
Evaluation (MOY) and Summative Evaluation (EOY).
These are campus-specific documents provided by the
Department of State and Federal Programs.
