THIRD DIVISION ROLLING CONFERENCE FOR SY 2019-2020 WITH INSERTED CLASS OBSERVATIONS

In reference to this Office's Project on Himamat as articulated in the Division Education Development Plan, the field is hereby reminded of the conduct of the 3rd Rolling Conference for SY 2019-2020 with inserted Class Observations on August 27, 2019 at Ruparan National High School.

In connection with the said activity, each is expected to observe the timeline below:

Attendance to Flag Ceremony 7:30 - 8:00 Observers' Team Checking/Room Orientation at the Gym

Pre-Conference for Class Observation 8:00 - 9:00 Class Observation (1 st Batch) J Observing

9:00 - 10:00 Class Observation (2nd Batch)

10:30-Onwards MANCOM Proper

This Rolling Conference is a KKB (Kanya-kanyang Baon) activity.

4. Attached is the Assignment Matrix for School Heads and Supervisors for Class Observation. Each is reminded to immediately submit to Dr. Raquel Cedenio the COTs which shall be turned-over to Mrs. Jessica Lucero right away for consolidation.

5. The travel expenses of participants shall be charged against local or Division/School MOOE subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
