InSTALLATIonSuccess Systems will remotely install the application at the store, once the store has all the hardware and network configuration required. The setup includes:• Downloading the register configuration

• Creating the store’s ePB database

• Importing one price list file provided by the store operator that meets the Velocity file format specification document. File must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled set-up date

• Establishing communication with the store’s register

• Providing EDI mailing box

• Providing username and login to ePB RetailLink. Access our application through our cstoreuniverse.com website

TrAInIngSuccess Systems tech reps will provide ongoing online webinars to teach ePB RetailLink users how to do the initial review of the store’s prices: Import Review (1st training) and how to use ePB RetailLink main features (2nd training). End users must attend these two initial trainings in order to be able to use our 800 Help Desk during the first 30 days of installation. NOTE: First 30 days are calculated from the time Success Systems creates username and login information available to the customer.
