WHAT IS A CONTRACTOR QUALITY SEMINAR?
The Firestone EPDM/TPO Contractor Quality Seminar focuses on
quality installation of Firestone EPDM and TPO roofing systems
which are designed to help Firestone contractors build a winning
team; a team that is #1 in quality and profitability.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Firestone Contractor Quality Seminars are targeted to the key
employees the superintendents, crew leaders and skilled installers
who are directly responsible for achieving roof installation
quality. The programs will provide a balanced approach to training,
using both classroom activities along with ample opportunities for
hands-on practice. Please note that attendance at the seminars is
limited to Firestone applicators currently licensed or registered
to install the specific roof systems covered by the seminar.
WHERE IS THE SEMINAR HELD?
The Firestone Contractor Quality Seminar is held at the
Firestone Building Products Training Center, located directly
adjacent to Firestones Beech Grove manufacturing facility and
distribution center. Firestone Building Products 3525 South

WHAT TIME IS THE SEMINAR HELD?
The seminar begins on Tuesday at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m.
The following two days begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 4:00 p.m.
WHAT IS THE COST OF THE SEMINAR?
Tuition for the Contractor Quality Seminar is free. Attendance
can be canceled until one week prior to the seminar. "No-shows" and
late cancellations will be billed $50.00. Firestone provides
training literature for all seminars as well as lunch each day
during the training seminar. In addition, a dinner is held Tuesday
evening for all attendees. Firestone provides hand tools and all
required safety equipment at all seminars.

HOW DO I MAKE TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS?
All attendees will be responsible for making their own travel
and lodging arrangements. For contractors attending the training
seminar, Firestone has obtained a special block room rate package
from the Fairfield Inn Marriott South, located off of 65 &
Southport Road. In addition to room accommodations, the Fairfield
Inn will provide a free continental breakfast. Reservations should

Be sure to ask for the Firestone discount. Firestone recommends
that attendees traveling by air arrange to rent a car at the
airport or taxi to the hotel.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Plan to bring both casual clothing suitable for classroom
activities and work clothing suitable for the "hands-on" sessions.
Firestone will provide notebooks and pens.
