The scope of conference includes but is not limited to:

5. Labor Protection, Social and Personal Safety
WORKING LANGUAGES
Working languages of the Conference are English and
Ukrainian.
DEADLINES
June 17, 2011:deadline for camera-ready paper andapplication
form submission
June 24, 2011:notification of paper acceptance or rejection
July 01, 2011:deadline for fee payment
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Researchers who are yet under 35 on November
24, 2011 are invited to take part in the conference (at
least one of the paper authors should satisfy this age
criteria).
To take part in the Conference an applicant should
submit to the Organizing Committee via e-mail
([email protected]):
filled application form;
camera-ready paper;
digital photo of each co-author.
An author must not submit more than two papers
(as co-author as well).
Camera-ready papers
Conference application form and papers should be
laid out in compliance with templates available from
the Conference web site (http://epecs.ukrscience.org).
Papers volume should conform to limit outlined in the
template (2 or 4 full pages ). All figures must be
stored separately in *.tiff or *.jpg format with the
minimum resolution of 300 dpi and sent in attachment
with the paper.
Extended abstract (to be translated)
All papers must contain extended abstracts
(1600-1860 characters with spaces normal
volume of conditional page), which will be translated
into Ukrainian. Extended abstract should be within the
first column of the camera-ready paper.
Paper acceptance/rejection
All applicants will be notified of acceptance or
rejection via e-mail. Upon acceptance, participants are
required to cover conference fees and e-mail a copy of
the payment receipt to the Organizing Committee.
Online Proceedings
All papers accepted will be in free access on the
Conference Website (http://epecs.ukrscience.org). All
authors of the accepted papers will be able to create
an account on UkrScience social networking website
(http://ukrscience.org).
Printed Proceedings
Conference Proceedings will be published by the
conference opening. Conference Program and
Proceedings will be presented to the participants on
registration.
CONFERENCE FEES
Conference fees include an extended abstract
translation, a sample of Conference Proceedings,
sending a printed copy of the proceedings to the
author (for those who will not be present at the
conference personally), publication and organizational
expenses and total per paper (Conference fee will
be collected for the author of the highest degree
and/ or affiliation):
International participants 70 EURO
International students
and P h.D. students 40 EURO
Requisite elements will be available on the
Conference website (http://epecs.ukrscience.org) in
June.
