Equipment & Apparel Order Welcome to another exciting season for the Academy Bullets Swim Club. We are thrilled to work with our apparel provider D&J Sports again this season. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, D&J Sports will not be able to visit our locations for on-site fittings this season. All orders will be online through our team web site at www.academybullets.com by clicking on Team Store (under the Parents tab). All orders must be submitted by Friday, September 17, 2021. If you have any questions on ordering items, please contact our new D&J Sports Representative (and owner) Don Kaye at dkaye@djsports.com. Personalized caps (with swimmer’s names and our club logo) are only ordered once per season. Swim cap details can be found on this order form. If you would like a personalized cap (silicone or latex), you must place your order with D&J Sports (online) no later than Friday, September 17. We will not be able to accept late orders on this item. All custom printed items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Please print names clearly where needed. If names are omitted, your item will be printed without a name.

Important Information on Equipment & Apparel:

1. All swimmers must have a team suit to compete in meets.

2. The only swim cap that may be worn at practice and swim meets is an Academy Bullets team cap. New swimmers receive a latex cap at the first day of practice. Additional latex and silicone caps can be purchased from your coach. Personalized swim caps (with swimmer’s names and our club logo) are only ordered once per season as stated above.

3. Equipment (Gear) and Custom items (printed suits, warm-ups, apparel, etc.) will be shipped to your home in approximately 14 days after purchase.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS? All items will have a shipping charge included at the time of purchase and will be shipped directly to your home. We will NOT have an order drop-off day at any locations.

Swimmers with individual qualifying standards for the NCSA Junior Nationals do not need to purchase warm-ups, as they are part of our National Team package.
