Features tire changer series «SHM»
Versatility. Tire equipment made by Siberian Technology allows us to serve all range of OTR tires leading manufacturers, such as Belshina, Goodyear, Michelin, Bridgestone range from 18.00-25 to 59/80-63 inches. Setting the size of the tire can be made within a few minutes and is carried out manually.
Mobility. It is possible to move the tire changer within the service area because of compact dimensions and weight of the tire changer. You don’t need any additional work or capital costs to install the stand. You should place stand in any convenient operation place and attach it to the surface of the anchor bolts (4 pc) through holes in the base of the stand. To work needed only a flat stand surface, lifting gear and availability, to connect the power supply.
Performance. Powerful hydraulic cylinder provides reliable process of dismantling the tire dump. Pressing force is from 70 to 200 tons. It depends on the model of the stand. This equipment is able to dismantle tires which are working in the most severe climatic conditions (-25 to 40), and become attached with rusted wheels. Operation to replace example tires 33.00-51 lasts on average from 30 to 60 minutes. Force one operator.
Delicate relation to tires and disks. Works on dismantling and assembling the tires are very carefully conducted due to the design features of the equipment. Safety of tires, wheels, lock and side ring is guaranteed. This point entails not only the technical benefits, but also economic.

«PSHM» series stationary tire changer - is the safest and fastest method of dismantling and mounting of tires of large-sized quarry machinery. The use of this tire changer allows to effectively serve the wheels in the range from 14.00-20 to 59/80-63 inches.
«PSHM» series tire changer helps to avoid any accidents (as possible) and reduce beading costs compared with the old methods of separation the tire from the wheel disk using bead breakers, mounts and sledgehammers.

The features of«PSHM» series tire changers
Versatility. Tire changing equipment allows to service the entire spectrum of large-sized tires of leading manufacturers such as Belshina, Goodyear, Michelin, Bridgestone in the range from 18.00-25 to 59/8063 inches. The tire changer's reconfiguration for particular tire size is remotely controlled by the operator from the control console.
Safety. The tire changer's design provides an unprecedented level of safety and protection of the operator. Due to automation of works on installation the wheel on the changer (rail loading), of works on dismantling and assembling the wheel, the possibility of work-related injuries is eliminated. It also removes the hard manual work. The operational control is performed remotely from the control console.
Gentle attitude to tires and disks. Due to the structural features of the tire changer, all works on dismantling and assembling the wheels are made carefully towards the tires disks, lock rings, upper and lower flanges, it prolongs their life, which entails not only the technical benefits, but also economic.
Productivity. Powerful hydraulic cylinders provide a reliable process of dismantling quarry tires. Pressing force allows to guarantee the dismantling of the tires that work under the harshest climate conditions (from -25 to +40) and become baked and rusted-on.
Reliability. The tire changer design combines superior specifications, reliability, excellent performance, safety, and does not require complex periodic maintenance.

Safety system. The Tire changer design due to the side fences represents the "safety cage", which helps to perform work on pre-charging tires up to 1.5 bar. Tire changers, that are otherwise constructed cannot provide such safety level. And all this takes place without damaging the expensive tires and elements of the press. Thus, there is no need to use any specialized "pre-charging tires cage.”
Jib crane for lifting and moving tires and wheels (optional). Tire changer may be additionally equipped with a console crane, which allows you to move elements of the wheels (tires, disks, lock rings and rim flap) on it. The standard load capacity is from 2 to 5 tons with manual or electrically driven movement of lifting mechanism along the jibs.
A remote radio control (optional). Tire changer can be operated both manually and with the help of radio remote control panel, which allows the operator to fully control the operation of the changer from any point. Thanks to this, the operator can walk around the changer and adjust the work in the process of dismounting/mounting the tire, during the assembly and disassembly of large-sized tires.
Lighting (optional). In order to ensure comfortable operation in the dark tire changer can be equipped with additional lighting.

The features oftire changers «Cormach»
The changer is equipped with self-centering four-cam clip, working in two-speed mode in two directions of rotation and giving the opportunity to strengthen the wheels size of up to 56 ".
The cams are equipped with new sliding gear sectors, that allow to clamp any type of disc.
The hydraulic distributor is equipped with a valve that regulates the self-centering clamping operation force, which gives the opportunity to work with entire safety with the most "sensitive" discs.
Safety lever is equipped with a system that allows a quick change of the working operations (mounting and dismounting.
The movable working tool facilitates the work with the most solid tires. Changer is remotely controlled.
Tire changer allows to service large sized wheels 18.00-25; 23.5-25 without using extra equipment.

Safety. Safety grip and precise hydraulic steering ensure maximum safety at work of tire manipulator. The tire manipulator is able to work at repair facilities and open areas of mining. The operator can the following operations: wheel clamp, transportation, wheel turn from vertical to horizontal and vice versa, the displacement and tilt wheel. «DPAT» series hydraulic trolley jacks is a professional lifting equipment, main task is to lift large-sized machinery and equipment. It is used in removing and replacing large sized wheels on the machinery, repair and maintenance work on the running gear of quarry machinery.
Equipment is manufactured electrically driven. Different versions of the stem extension cords allows you to choose the best option for a particular type of lifting work.

Adjustable Stand Series «TP» - is the safest way to maintain the lifted state of large mining equipment (dump trucks, wheel loaders, bulldozers, excavators, drilling rigs, etc.). The lifted state is important for the repair and maintenance of the chassis.
The standard range is represented by two types stands with different variants of the working height adjustment: hydraulic and mechanical. Stands kept supporting load of 30 to 150 tons, depending on the model. On request it is possible to produce stands, taking into account the technical requirements and customer requirements.

2 options of regulation of the working height adjustment stand:
Hydraulic (adjustable height is regulated due to the hydraulic cylinder built in the corpus of the stand).
Mechanical (adjustable height is regulated due to screw-extender built in the corpus of the stand).
On the stand with a hydraulic drive required working height is fixed by fingers. As soon as the stroke is fixed at the correct height it is needed to relieve pressure in the hydraulic cylinder.
For effective and safety lifting of career machines it is important to use even quantity of adjustable stands. (2, 4)
It is very convenient to use special mechanical cart TTP-200 for more comfortable transportation of adjustable stands to repairing place
The body of stands have special handles for forks and eye bolts for attaching by a chain or codline. It is important for transportation of adjustable stands by using front and forklifts.

For dismounting the main transmission gearbox (rear axle) the device is rolled up to the rear axle of a dump truck, using the inbuilt hydraulic jack roll up the grab to the main transmission gearbox and fix with the gripping collet.
The fastened gearbox is to be detached from the rear axle and transported to the tilting engine stand for repairs.

It is intended for preliminary separation of large-sized tire bead off the disc. It is additional equipment to the cargo tire changer Cormach.
It is used for all tires of quarry machinery with 5-composite rims with bore sizes ranging from 25 "to 49" dump trucks with load capacity from 30 to 90. Particularly relevant at operation of tubeless tires (23,5-25; 29,5-25; 35/65-33).
Designed for the safe removal/installation of bulldozer armor. It has a 360° rotating table for the exact location of the armor. Easily operated by one person.

Brief description of technological process
The main advantage of this technology is the ability to work directly on the production location of the repaired unit. The technology involves removing only the defective unit - to provide access to the recovered bore.
1. Fixing of the centering set by welding or in any other possible way. Centering set, depending on the type of the repaired part, installed on both sides of the bore, or (when reboring bores, that are spaced apart) at the end faces of these bores. Due to its design the centering kit allows you to change the position of a boring bar, that is passing along the entire length of the restored surface.
2. Alignment of the boring bar is carried out by with the measuring tool on the least worn-out bore (opening side) or any other basic surfaces.
3. Calipers are fixed to the already centered boring bar, and after adjusting the position and length of the lugs, a bearing surface is fixed by welding, whereupon the centering set is deleted.The unit is rigidly fixed on one of the calipers and its weight does not affect on the accuracy of technological operations.
4. Setting the Cutter in the boring bar.
5. Reboring of an opening to eliminate ovality or to the desired diameter.
6. Fusing-up. For fusing the boring bar is replaced with a dielectric shaft with fusing head, which is connected to the semi-automatic welding device with a special adapter cable. The used gas mixture consists of 80% argon and 20% carbon dioxide. For semi-automatic welding device the mixture is supplied directly through the gearbox or through the mixer from two tanks containing separately argon and carbon dioxide. The process of required amount of metal layers deposition is performed automatically with the welding semiautomatic device, and the facility provides rotation and longitudinal movement of the fusing head. The hardness of the resulting layer is 20-30 HRC, depending on the strength of the welding current, the fusing head rotation speed and welding wire feed.
7. The reboring. After the fusing process the boring bar is installed again and rough hole boring is performed. After rough boring the current diameter of the hole is determined by the measuring instrument and, using a dial gauge, the cutter adjusted to the desired final diameter of the bore.
8. Measurement. At last we need to perform a control measurement of the diameter of the hole, dismantle the boring bar, and a support unit, and then cleanup the workpiece surface from welding residue.

One of the model projects on the basis of the container 20 feet
Field repairs is a necessity for construction, mining, logging, and many other enterprises. For this task there are mobile workshops on the chassis of different cars and workshops on the basis of the containers 10, 20 or 40 feet.
The container is placed in close proximity to the place of work of special equipment and performs the pumping/filling oil and antifreeze. The container can be connected to the electrical and pneumatic networks on site, or it can be made completely autonomous.For this purpose it is equipped with a compressor and a generator. The oil distribution is produced from 200 l barrels or container can be equipped with fixed tanks at will of the customer. Integrated pump with removable foldable handle, rotating at 360 °, allows to perform dismantling works quickly and efficiently.
Self-centering construction
There are 2 construction types: twin-claw for operations in limited spaces and triple-claw
To compensate the distance between the rod and the part, power unit can be moved along the axis with stopper fixing.
There is an integrated safety valve in the internal cavity of the puller power element for overload protection.
The parts are covered in anti-corrosion coating.
Spring-returning rod
The pullers with integrated drive are supplied in ergonomic and durable plastic cases.
The multifunctional pullers with integrated drive allow application of traction directly, to the bearing inner ring, so the load is not transmitted through the rolling elements, thereby minimizing the risk of damaging the bearing.
Collar design provides secure grip in the case where the shape of the part does not allow to use the ordinary puller.
There is an integrated safety valve in the internal cavity of the puller power element for overload protection.
Integrated pump with removable handle, rotating at 360 °, allows to perform efficient dismantling works.
There are two build possibilities: with a collar or with 2-3 grippers.

Puller-presser
The unique "3 in 1" design of puller-presser allows to use a single instrument for pressing the parts on and removing parts (internal as well as external gripping) quickly and safely.
The puller-presser is perfect for installation and removal of a wide range of parts including bushings, wheels, bearings, gears and rollers.
Double acting pump module provides a force for both pressing on and removing the parts planted with an interference fit;
The unique clutches design allows to perform operations on removal and pressing-on parts without their dismounting and replacement;
Triple-claw construction provides secure gripping
Puller centering mechanism with an internal gripping provides uniform load distribution, eliminating slipping grips off the removed part;
Integrated Safety valve provides security and protects the operating mechanisms against damage; provides a permanent operation at the nominal pressure, which extends the service life of the device.

Transportable pullers
Powerful hydraulic puller with high-strength steel grips are intended for dismounting large-sized (up to 1219 mm diameter) parts
The frame on wheels with a puller and a pumping station mounted thereon can be easily moved to the workplace, and electric (SGP-100 Model) or hydraulic (SGP-50 Model) lifting mechanism provides puller elevation to the required height.
SGP-100 Model has a twin-claw construction and is equipped with a safety chain. The grips height adjusting is performed with the help of inbuilt electric motor.
SGP-50 Model is a self-centering puller with a hydraulic returning rod and quickly reinstallable grips.

Models of hydraulic pumps with the letter «V» are intended to be used with double acting cylinders.
Manually driven hydraulic pump should be bought in a case when the fully independent portable source of high pressure for hydrotool work is needed. Manually driven pumps have a robust construction, easy to be moved, small effort on the handle - all this contributes to comfortable work.
Intended for use as a hydraulic power source for hydraulic tools and equipment with precise regulation and control of the pressure and fluid supply at small dimensions and weight of the pump station: for driving tools and vehicle maintenance equipment, rail transport, on flammable and explosive industries, wherever the application of the electric drive is prohibited.
Each model is made with an integrated replaceable air filter and safety valve.

Electric pumping stations
Electrical pumping stations are double-stage pumping stations for hydraulic tools with unilateral and bilateral operations provide cargo lifting and holding and return of the rod.“Manual” electric pumping stations model is equipped with three-position manual distributor. “Solenoid” electric pumping stations model is equipped with three-position electromagnetic distributor. The tank volume of the electric pumping stations can be increased by request (10, 20, 40, 60).
