Total Engagement means placement of IMB personnel & VSCs in all priority cities and unreached people groups.

Total engagement will mean engaging 45 million in the largest cities in ER.

Since we are currently engaging 21.7 million, we’re almost halfway there.

Short-term personnel who will come in teams to engage quickly.

Although full masterplans cannot be developed as a result, we can raise the level of evangelism according to the Engels scale with these teams.
