He is a retired IAS officer having over 40 years of versatile experience with the Government of India and various public sector undertakings.

He has been associated with Northern Railways for the planning and execution of major projects (in India as well as abroad)

Mr. Kapoor brings over 20 years of experience in management, he has held the top position in different organization like MMTC, KMCL, MTPL.

He has worked with various large institutions and also had a stint with the Indian Army
