Latter & Blum Inc./REALTORS® ERA Powered,

the first brokerage to affiliate as an ERA

Powered company in 2011, leveraged local

mergers and acquisitions around its New

Orleans hub, growing its presence to more than

50 local offices in Louisiana and neighboring

Mississippi. The 2015 acquisition of a market-

leading firm in Houston, Texas, with 1,700

independent sales associates served to

appreciably increase the company’s scope and

significantly expanded its Gulf Coast presence.

This key acquisition created a contiguous ERA

branded service area from Brownsville, Texas, to

Sarasota, Fla., strengthening the ERA network’s

referral corridor.

ERA Real Solutions Realty affiliated with ERA

in 2010 with two offices and 50 independent

sales associates outside of Cincinnati. Looking

to grow, the firm quickly acquired a number of

companies and expanded operations into the

Columbus market, creating a strong internal

referral pipeline. With its most recent acquisition

in Hillsboro, centrally located between the two

cities, the company literally connected the

dots and created a unified service area now

served by five offices and 175 independent sales

associates. These strategic acquisitions have

served to significantly increase the company’s

scope, and have brought the firm into the ranks

of the nation’s leading real estate companies.
