OUR SCHOOL COLLEGE ICARE

OUR REGION● Goncelin is situated between Chambéry and

Grenoble, close to the Alps, in South-East France, close to Italy. As a result, we are surrounded by many ski stations. We are situated in the region called 'Rhône Alpes'.

Bastille Fortress in Grenoble. A very famous place for tourists to visit. It used to be a military fortress, built in 1824.

My name is Julia Caputo. I am 13 years old.

I live in Goncelin.

I like sports in general and I have been practising gymnastics for four years now.

MY FAMILY

I am of Italian origin.

My father is David, he is 45. He is a butcher

My mother is Valérie, she is 46 and she is a beautician.

I have one sister, her name is Sarah.She is 15, she will16 this year.

She attends high school.

● I practise handball every Wednesday at school, at the sport association with our PE teacher Mr Orliaguet.

I have a rabbit and I take care of him everyday.

Why am I happy to be a part of the project?

I am very happy to be part of this European project because it is an opportunity to improve my Englishand to discover a new way of life!

My hobbies: I like sports and video games

∗I play Tennis in Goncelin. I am very angry when I lose a match ∗I also played Judo and football before.

∗In winter, I go skiing with my father in the Alps, at ' Les 7 Laux Ski Station' which is only 30 minutes from my house.

∗I play video games on PS3 with my friends and on mobilephone.

∗I like Marvel’s movies ( Avengers/Captain America/Iron Man) and frenchcomedy movies such as « Qu’est-ce qu’on a fait au bon Dieu? », « LesTuches ».∗

More about me ...

I took a plane for thefirst time when Ivisited Sicily withmy parents duringthe last springvacation. I wasvery impressedby the take-off !!

I also climbed on the Mont Etna.

I live in a small village called Saint Maximin,

and we have two kids :

Is twelve.

And we have two cats too :

Fripouille and Mia:) 

I like pratising collective sports (my favourite being handball, football and baseball), I am keen on snowboarding too.

Concerning my hobbies, I like travelling around the word, visiting places and meeting new people.

I also love meeting my friends and spending time with them while sharing great meals !

Mme ROBERT-JURADO

● My name is Nathalie and I am an English teacher. I have been working at Collège Icare for 10 years and I have been in charge of European projects for ten years too.

● I also work for the Erasmus national agency in France.

My family● I am married to Noël and we have three kids/

Two sons and one daughter.● My sons are Romain, he is eight and Sacha

who is six.● My daughter is called Charlotte, she is 22

months old.● Finally, I have a cat:)

My hobbies / activitiesI practise dance twice a week (zumba) and I really love it !I started six years ago and it really is so much fun !

I play the piano too and I really love travelling:)

I m a great fan of music, I like all sorts of music really but I have a liking forBritish music ;)

Finally, I usually enjoy reading, surfing the net, meeting my friends and going outin general. I really love discovering new cultures and ways of life, it has always been a passion and I have always travelled the world to learn about everything and anything really. My second passion is … chocolate !
