Online Learning Agreement (OLA)

• Selecting courses at foreign university

• Compatibility of courses chosen at foreign universitywith courses at STU (consultation with study programme guarantor)

• Writing final thesis – thesis title to OLA (duration - min. 3 months, max. 1 semester)

• Recommended number of credits – 30 ECTS

Deadline winter semester 2021/2022 – July, 15, 2021

• Letter of Acceptance (issued by the receiving university,

it has to include information about mobility period

e.g. summer/winter semester)

• Academic calendar for the whole academic year (e.g. screenshot of the academic calendar is sufficient )

• Online Learning Agreement – OLA (signed by all

parties)

• Copy of the European Health Insurance Card

• Emergency contacts

Erasmus+ Grant Agreement – signing before mobility

• Contains terms and conditions of grant payments and the student’s commitments, under which the student is entitled to Erasmus+ grant

• Payment scheme:

- Payment of the 80% of the awarded grant (after signingErasmus+ Grant Agreement )

- Payment of the 20% of the awarded grant (after mobility)

Monthly rate of grants according to countries

OLS – online language test

• Invitation for the test will be sent to a student after the

signature of the Erasmus+ Agreement

• Student will be granted an access to the online language

course for the period of mobility

Arrangements before departure

• Online language test – OLS (invitation via email aftersigning Erasmus+ Grant Agreement )

• Flight tickets, train tickets, etc.

• Accommodation abroad

• Insurance (not required by STU) –
