Sign-in to ERC 360:Website: http://www.biogeotechnics.net/
If this is your 1st time on ERC 360, you will need to create a new account and set your password
Enter username as first and last name, or enter email address
This is the CBBG website
Update Profile:To complete username and password, name, contact information, career focus, and demographics
Click here and select profile
Once you are able to log into ERC 360, you may update your profile

• Edit profile through action tabs• Note: Many tabs have “required” fields.
Must fill all required information to update
Hit “save” before you leave page and move on to other items
To enter publications:
Fill out fields on all tabs to ensure accurate documentation
At bottom of profile page, click on publications
Don’t forget to hit the “save” button
To enter project work:
Please add file of your project summary
At bottom of profile page, click on project work
Hit the “save” button
If your project is not listed, please see next slide for directions on adding a project
To add a project:
To enter Mentorships:
Include end date if known
At bottom of profile page, click on mentorships
Hit the “save” button
Mentorships includes:• mentoring graduate
students or undergraduate students
• mentoring participants in summer programs (REU, RET, Young Scholars)
To enter Academic Affiliations:• Institution name• Role at institution• Beginning date• Ending date• Title within institution• Department
Go to upper right corner of profile page
Don’t forget to hit the “save” button
To enter Work in Industry:• Organization name• Role at organization• Beginning date• Ending date
“Save” your work
Go to upper right corner of profile page
To enter Groups and Committees:• Group• Leadership Title• Start date• End date
Hit the “save” button
Go to upper right corner of profile page
To enter Awards:• Award Name• Date Received• Awarding Organization• Description of Award
Don’t forget to “save” your work
Go to upper right corner of profile page
To enter Outreach Activities:• ERC Training• Research Presentation• Public Outreach
Go to top of page and click on Outputs and Impact
If an event already exists, simply click on the event to see if your name is listed. If it isn’t, please add it. If the event is not listed, please add it.
Hit the “save” button
To enter Curricular Impacts:• Courses• Course Modules and
Instructional CD’s• Degree, minor or certificate
programs based on ERC research
Don’t forget to “save” your work
Go to top of page and click on Outputs and Impact
To enter Intellectual Property:• Invention disclosures• Patent applications and
awards• Licenses issued• Spin-off companies• Other IP products resulting
from center support or associated projects
Hit the “save” button
Go to top of page and click on Outputs and Impact
To enter Personnel Exchanges• Student internships in industry• Faculty working at member
firms• Member-firm personnel
working at the ERC• Exchanges of students or
faculty working at partner institutions
And don’t forget to “save”
