    In order to have a strong and safestructural footing the columns are to beerected very carefully.

    It can not be transported and erected insingle piece.

    Utmost care is taken in the pre-assembly

    stage to maintain the matching of columnend faces & to achieve verticality with intolerance limits.

    Once the column erection is over up to the

    full height, the cross beams are placed

    securely over the columns which supports

    the main boiler.

    After that anchor point called ceiling girder

    on the top of the boiler is constructed on

    all the sides of the boiler so that loadtransfer could take place
