In general this is an electro-mechanical product that uses hydraulic cylinders as its means of elevation and a scissor mechanism to provide rigidity and stability. Using push button controls the lift’s platform is elevated to the appropriate ergonomic level, no more bending or stretching to reach that load! The load is always at the correct height to prevent injuries.

Edmolift lift tables are amongst the worlds most reliable although, eventually your lift may require spare parts. It is reassuring to know that Edmolift hold stocks of all the most common parts in their UK stores. These are generally dispatched for next working day delivery.
Designed for optimum ergonomic performance this unit is fitted with an easy to rotate turntable so the operator can work from one side of the lift platform and a forklift chassis aids loading. Such is the success of the Edmolift product at Ford that they now have over 300 lifts installed across three engine plants in the UK.
GE Aero’s Prestwick jet engine testing and maintenance facility purchased this Edmolift TL2000 with 90 degree tilt table to prevent operators having to bend into the engine when replacing jet blades. All work can now be carried out at eye level, the optimum position for this precision type of task.
This custom modified TLD1000 lift is in daily use at Bentley Motors in Crewe. The Continental GT axles are accurately positioned using the lift in order for the operators to fix it in place safely and efficiently. Edmolift worked closely with Bentley to ensure that the product met their exact requirements has been a huge success with plans being made for further units on all lines.
