o To build the capacity of the FC stakeholders on leadership development at gross-root level and train them on governance and management of FCs to make it more sustainable.

o To train the FC stake-holders on productivity enhancement of their lead crops - in reputed research institutions through effective agronomical practices, and introduction of bio- inoculants to improve the fertility of the soil.

o To build the capacity of CEOs, BODs and lead farmers of Farmer Collectives on post-Harvest processing technologies of their lead crops such as vegetables, fruits, results in reduction of wastage of vegetables, fruits and increasing their self-life and better price realization.

o To provide compliances services to proposed FCs and to help them on timely filing of ROC compliances and complying with audit filings

o To develop socio economic condition of poor farmer in remote areas by promoting micro entrepreneur in backyard poultry farming and dairy farming.

o To develop socio economic condition of poor farmers in remote areas by providing Infrastructure support, Market Linkages and Capacity Building for Farmers & Farmer Collectives

o To provide infrastructure facilities to Farmer Collectives -to improve their value of harvested produces such as vegetables, fruits and milk which will results in reduction of wastage and increasing their self-life and better price realization.

o To train the FC stakeholders and to provide the needed infrastructure to FCs to enhance the value chains of farm produces by value addition by better grading, sorting, packing practices

o To enhance the Farm Equipment Services of Farmers Collective by establishing custom hiring centers at FC’s to provide access of modern equipment’s by small and marginal member farmers.

o To provide on line platform facility to FCs to exploit the ecommerce to market FC commodities to the door steps of consumers and to develop branding, package designing solutions to FCs to market their processed agri commodities to the local and outside market.
