She moved quickly from residential projects to large commercial ventures including hotels and shopping centers. She currently holds the position of head interior designer for Craig Realty Group, Inc. CRG is a privately-owned company that buys expansive swaths of property throughout the country and turns them into huge, luxury outlet malls. While simultaneously balancing the needs of Pacifique Maison, Diamond Head Upholstery Tack emerged from the depths of her imagination. She views this as her “fun” business but realizes the potential and is on course to create another business that will be marketed for sale. Diamond Head Upholstery Tack embellishes interior environments in palaces of Abu Daubi, hotels such as Hard Rock Hotels in Punta Cana and Riverea Maya, The Cosmopolitan, The Cromwell and Caesars Palace. Eamon McCusker

I am a graduate from the University of Ulster in Communication, Advertising & Marketing. I have worked within the hospitality sector since the age of 11. My father was a publican & restauranteur and from my early experiences within this industry I vowed to seek alternative employment. This worked out pretty well in my early career as I started as a sales & marketing manager for a drinks distribution company then later for Bunzl international. I helped during my seven year tenure with Bunzl to take the company from 6 million to 18 million in sales within my sector. The company through various acquisitions has now gone public. Part of my remit while with Bunzl was contract design and management of new build projects therefore I would help clients within the hospitality sector take their businesses from concept to reality.

My first experience of self employment came at the age of 29, when I decided as a result of contacts that I made, to open a stainless steel manufacturing and supply company. We would source and finish products from eastern European countries, cutting out the middle supply chain, providing high end product at really competitive prices. Due to Poland, entering the EEC in 2002 our market advantage was lost and the company sadly folded. This however was one of my greatest learning curves.

In 2002 I opened up my first restaurant that has now expanded to 4 spaces that I currently operate today. We currently have over 60 staff. I have ultimately ended up in the industry that I vowed initially to never be a part of. I am extremely passionate about business but feel I am not fulfilling my full potential hence the reason I have sought council from John & his team.

Elizabeth Norton:

Glasshouse Mountains Coffee has just completed a profitable first year of operation, set and achieved some ambitious targets. We are here for the long haul. In our first year we have established a coffee roastery division, and created outstanding coffee blends from high altitude world class estates – all done primarily through the formation of creating a wonderful passionate team.

Currently, we have finalized syndication and shareholding of Wild Horse Mountain Brewing, (Queensland), which is now in the phase and challenges of commencing commercial production. Our immediate task ahead is that of creating our brand, messaging and marketing strategies so as to insure the successful launch of new coffee products into the Australian marketplace for the Queensland summer. My name is Greg Dixon and I live in Sydney with my beautiful wife and four wonderful teenage children.

I am a Director at Property Solutions for Australia and we are Australia’s trusted foreclosure and repossession advocate.

You know how some people get into financial trouble that sometimes leads to repossession or foreclosure of their homes, well what we do is help them avoid repossession or buy their house from them.

Keith Carey:

After graduating high school in 1977 Keith Carey, a boxer, martial artist and bodybuilder grabbed a knapsack and a gym bag, jumped on a greyhound bus with $300.00 and left Philadelphia for Los Angeles California to follow his dreams.

With a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed, his experience in the restaurant industry immediately provided him a springboard to began a new chapter of his life.

As part of his dream, Keith joined the original Golds Gym in Santa Monica CA and attended Santa Monica College where he received his Cosmetologist license.

While working as a hair stylist to the stars in Malibu, Beverly Hills and West Hollywood, Keith discovered that he also had a talent for singing and eventually joined a band and was signed as a singer/songwriter to the independent label “Street Productions”.

When the record deal didn’t match Keith’s vision, in 1987 he resorted to bar tending where he was introduced to the Network Work Marketing Industry by one of his regular customers. He continued to write, produce and perform original music as a hobby and had a moment of success when he wrote a top 40 song in 2001.

For the past 27 years, Keith has built several MLM teams into the 10’s of thousands of distributors. Through his personal coaching and training he has helped thousands of people earn part time and full time incomes working from their homes. Motivational and inspirational speaking has always been a love of Keith’s, and one of his goals is to pursue it professionally.

In 1999, while between MLM companies, Keith and his wife Mona started “Hollywood Cookie Company”, a gourmet bakery in North Hollywood CA where they catered to the TV and Movie industry. After 8 years of a brick and mortar business, Keith’s artistic side desperately needed to be exercised and he picked up a digital camera one day and began photographing actors head-shots, portraits and eventually gravitated towards high fashion photography. Photoshop and videography soon followed.

BUT the idea of passive residual income tugged at Keith and he once again he dove back into the Home Based Business Arena, this time with an understanding of Web 2.0 which eventually transitioned his career as an SEO expert.

Keith has been in the MLM business ever since then and was just recently introduced to his current company MyNyloxin where he is one of the top distributors and team builders with the company.

MyNyloxin is the new exclusive marketing arm of a 10 year old publicly traded company, Nutra Pharma Corp. which operates as a biotechnology company specializing in the acquisition, licensing and commercialization of pharmaceutical products and technologies for the management of neurological disorders, cancer, autoimmune and infectious diseases. Monique Williams

Monique Williams is an intuitive coach and Thinking Into Results facilitator. She works specifically with other coaches and healers, helping them create success, wealth and happiness. Her ultimate aim is to help others create the lifestyle they truly dream of.

Monique has found, working with other coaches and healers that whilst they have a calling to help others, they do not necessarily understand how to make money. They struggle unnecessarily.

After being in a similar position for a number of years, including facing bankruptcy, Monique realised that her own calling was to ensure that others didn’t go through the same scenario. She set about finding other

Reuben Salazar

I am Reuben Salazar. I was born and raised in Southern California. I am married to my soul mate for over 32 years, Anita Salazar. I have 2 daughters, 2 grandsons and 1 very beautiful diva granddaughter. Family life is one of the most important values I cherish and have.

As a pre teen I must have had the entrepreneurial spirit as I started my own lawn mowing route when I was about 11 years old. I believe I was ahead of my time as in Southern California many years later it is Hispanics mowing lawns! By that time I was out of that business. I mainly liked doing that because I could save money and buy things.

My father was a welder dating back to the 1950’s. His father was also a welder. I would go to his work during the summer when my dad’s boss wasn’t around (it was a 2 man shop) and watch him weld. When I was around 8 years old my dad would let me weld, or at least melt metal. I really found it fascinating. By the time I was around 13 years old his boss would actually let me weld on real parts.

When I was a senior in high school my dad got the entrepreneurial bug and he and my mother started a welding shop in Downey, California in 1976 where I began to work after school. Southern California was the hotbed at the time for the aerospace/aircraft industry.

When they retired in 1991 I took over my dad’s company, “Dan’s Certified Welding Inc,” named after my father.

I continued to run the business and still do to this day. We are a “Nadcap Accredited” company meaning that we get audited

so we can weld on brand new component parts that go on aircraft either as replacements or on new aircraft.

As of January 2015, Boeing Aircraft has almost 6000 planes ordered while Airbus is running not far behind. I am looking forward to growing the business while there is growth in the aircraft industry that has not been seen. We are accomplishing this by hiring more skilled welders and purchasing the latest equipment while having a top level team.

At the same time I am also working with partners on forming a investment syndication in beautiful Belize in a brand new resort. Doing this has been one of my dreams, to help folks invest in what is called “lifestyle investing” where investors can get a monetary return on their investment and also a return by vacationing in a beautiful tropical place.

I believe as the song says: “The future is so bright, I got to wear shades!”

Suzanne Sykurski:

I was a Navy kid who lived all over the US and Italy. I’ve always loved science and wanted to be a doctor from a young age. I took a different path in college and did ROTC training along with my chemistry degree. I jumped out of perfectly good airplanes and got my Airborne wings. I passed up a chance to go to the Armed Forces medical school in 1983 and instead wanted to go back to Europe. With degree, Army commission, and a fighting spirit, I took off by myself and served in Germany.

Fifteen years and 4 languages later, I settled down and spent over a decade working in various fields as a chemist, spending 11 of them in the

courtroom as an expert witness. I ALMOST went to law school….when I decided to finally go to medical school; but this time, as before, took another road less traveled, and went out the Northwest to study naturopathic medicine.

Six years later, I entered the work world again, but this time on my own. I am aware of several things that have hindered my business/ practice growth. I started my medical practice not knowing a thing about having my own business. I seem to have lost quite a bit of my moxie. After 10 years “in the field”, I am losing some of my self-confidence. I need to be out in the public speaking. I am a huge procrastinator. I daydream about the many books I want to write.

I am a big picture thinker and idealist and don’t do well with paperwork and bookkeeping. I’ve tried a few different marketing approaches, but not sure they have been successful. I have been sitting in my office and just waiting for people to show up. (OK, I did create my own website). My practice has not grown as much as it could have. I want to be the best at what I do and I want people to seek me from around the world for my services and expertise.

My current interest is neuroendocrine medicine. I am entering into our EV212 group so that I may continue to grow and become the best I can be and help as many people as humanly possible while I am still here.

Who I am…My name is Varsha Lad. This also is the name of my company.

What I do…I have a Beauty & Clinical business.

Treatments involved are threading, waxing, massages, nails, Electronic facials, laser treatments. Bridal dressing, hair upstyles, makeup.
