An ideal combination of management studies, Frenchculture and leisure activities

This is a four-week program for un-dergraduate students in businessmanagement, economics, financeor marketing. It is a marvellous way

to add a real international dimension toyour studies. You will join a group of stu-dents from all over the world who havecome to ESDES, situated at the heart ofthe UNESCO World Heritage (www.lyon.fr)city of Lyon, to enjoy an ideal combinationof studies, culture and leisure.

Follow a four-week study program in English

In addition to the 20-hour French lan-guage course, participants study threecompulsory modules in finance or marke-ting, and select three or four more (wortha total of four ECTS credits ) from the listof six elective modules. The total value ofthe program in terms of European creditsis ten, (which equates to about five credithours in the American system.)

ESDES is a reputed School of Manage-ment, part of the catholic university ofLyon, France, having gained a national accreditation as a member of the 'Confé-rence des Grandes Ecoles' (www.cge.asso.fr), the association of top businessand engineering schools.

The program is taught in English (except forthe French language module). Studentsmust do all three modules of the Finance orthe Marketing course, and three or fourelective modules.

Students are expected to attend all theclasses they enroll for. Assessment is bycourse work or assignment (40%) and finalexamination (60%).
