Since its inception, Dream Camp has provided over 5,500 scholarships to children. Dream Camp is made possible through the support of kind-hearted individuals, corporations and foundations. For more information, or to give to the ESF Dream Camp Foundation, please call 610.581.7100 or visit esfdreamcamp.org.
ESF’s Leadership Development ProgramThe Young Leaders ProgramThe Young Leaders Program (YLP) is an exclusive “counselor apprenticeship” initiative for 16 and 17 year-old alumni campers and was launched in 2006 at Dream Camp Philadelphia. It was so successful that we expanded YLP to all our ESF locations. Site Directors nominate former campers who demonstrate strong leadership skills and a commitment to community. Candidates then undergo an intensive interview process to qualify. Under the guidance and supervision of ESF leaders, YLP participants undergo extraordinary personal and professional growth.
