The NRs and the CNRThe Council of National Representatives represents AGM during the ESN-year.

The CNR is composed of the 29 National Representatives.

The National Representative is responsible for the contact between the sections of a country and the international level.

The CNR supervises the work of the Board, and must be consulted on budgetary, strategic and policy matters. It can reverse Board decisions.

The Board must meet with the CNR once, right after the AGM, and at least three times during the year.

National events and aid one another

Common marketing and sponsoring

A NB works in the interest of the sections in its country

The National Representative is member of the NB

A NB (NR) is responsible for the National Platform being organised, and ensures the communication and collaboration between its member sections

The National Board doesn’t replace the NR

The sections: the coreSections consist of former Exchange Students and other motivated people and offer help, support and guidance for making a success out of exchange students’ stay abroad.

Sections are often supported by their academic authorities, helping them practically by offering infrastructure and financial support.

Many volunteers are:organising socialising-events like parties, excursionsoffering language-tandemsservices like SIM-cards, bikes, discounts in shops ..

Each ESN Section is usually run by a Board composed of a President, a Treasurer and other members
