What is Employee Satisfaction Survey ?

It is a survey to gauge the opinions and Satisfaction level of employees.

ESS is a tool to obtain reliable data to take sound managerial decision .

Systematic Study of Attitudes of your employee towards all aspects of their employment or may focus on a particular aspect in order to get feedback either because you suspect a problem or because you are contemplating a change .
