Good health is a boon. It is the real jewel of life, the most precious possession of man. If a man losses his health, the world losses all it§ charms for him. A good wealth of health can be obtained in a number of ways. It needs regular exercise, good food, good thoughts, and cleanliness. A healthy person does not spend money on medicines and visiting doctors. Just opposite, a sluggish person is another form of hell of diseases. The simplest and most traditional definition of health is that it is the freedom of sickness and diseases. According to World Health Organisation (WHO), a branch of the United Nations, health is physical, mental and social well being and not merely the absence of disease. Next to life itself, good health is the most precious gift and is necessary for a purposeful existence. 'Sound mind in a sound body' is an old saying. Healthy persons can work for long hours without getting tired. They can enjoy all the pleasures of life, whereas unhealthy persons can't. The world has no charm for them. They are always worried due to their physical complications. Wealth has no importance for them. To keep good health no money is needed. It can be achieved only through our efforts and proper health care. We can maintain good health only if we are aware of various factors which affect our health. There are certain things which are essential for keeping our body free from diseases. Nutritious food comes first. We should takeVpnly that food which has nutritious value. Some regularity in life is also important for good health. We should get up early in the morning, go out for a walk, breathe in fresh air to keep our lungs clean and in good order, and take brisk walk, move arms while walking. Maintaining clean habits is also important in this regard. If we don't take bath regularly, don't wear clean clothes, don't eat fresh food, we may develop physical complications in the long run. Hence regularities, good habits and cleanliness have great value in maintaining good health. Balancing sleep and rest are also useful in this regard. We know that a great deal of the waste matter in our bodies escaped by means of the skin, which contains many millions of tiny drainpipes called 'pores'. If we neglect keeping our bodies clean, these pores get choked up and the waste matter cannot escape. Hence we must keep this important point in our mind and do accordingly.

Deforestation means cutting down trees indiscriminately from an area. It is a global problem which is haunting the whole world. People cut down trees to meet up their increasing demand. They also destroy forests in a large scale to increase their cultivable and residential land. Sometimes they cut down trees and destroy forests in the name of development. Moreover, in many parts of Bangladesh, people are to depend on wood for cooking their food. To make fire, they cut down trees.

Deforestation disturbs our ecological balance. Animals and birds living in the forests are on the verge of extinction owing to deforestation. Carbon dioxide is increasing worldwide making the world warmer. It is causing the green house effect. The rising of temperature and the green house effect will disturb the normal production of crops.

We know that trees give us oxygen and take in carbon dioxide. The lack of enough trees and forests will take a heavy revenge on human beings. Various natural disasters like flood, cyclone will show their appearance frequently. Inadequate number of trees also causes drought and damages crops. So, we see that there is an interconnected link between trees and animals.

Deforestation also causes many adverse effects on climate, agriculture and our life. It also causes the rise of sea level. Rising sea level brings about flood. Flood brings untold miseries to the people. Deforestation causes river erosion also. River erosion makes many people homeless and shelter-less.

So, we all should be sincere to protect trees and take a firm stand against deforestation. Government should introduce strict law and punish the people who are responsible for deforestation. Alternative use of trees should be found out and tree plantation should be inspired. I believe that money does not buy happiness. Happiness is a feeling we find within ourselves as human beings. An

object shouldn’t be able to define that happiness. Happiness isn’t based off of money. I feel that money can make a

person happy for that one moment but not for a lifetime. This is something really important and is something that

everyone should learn and take note in.

       As a child, I always thought that money made everything better. Until my family went broke and we no longer

could do the things we used to be able to do or desired to do. we had to start watching what we spent and how we

spent it. After this experience, I’ve learned that I no longer needed money to be genuinely happy. Most people don’t

know this and still haven’t figured it out. There are some people who depend on money so much. Some human

beings out there obtain certain jobs because of the massive amount of money they make. You could be the richest

person in town, but also be the most depressed because you aren’t enjoying what you do for a living. Money doesn’t

buy sincere happiness. Money can only make you happy to an extent. It isn’t something that everyone can receive

everyday. Money can’t fix the problems in your life, like family problems, depression or low self-esteem. Plus, it can

be a major source of stress. I don’t think that everyone should rely on money so much, it shouldn’t be someone’s

number one source of state of well-being.  

       It took some years, but I learned that my happiness came from my friends and family and what I felt on the inside

and in my mind. It was the little things that truly made me joyful. The small gestures. Doing the things that I actually

loved doing and having my friends and family always being there by my side made me cheerful everyday. It was a

heartfelt ‘forever’ feeling. It never went away and would make me sleep with a smile on my face, making me anxious

for what tomorrow would bring. I was excited for more. Obtaining money never made me feel this way. Honest

contentment radiated off me the most when I was doing the things that I enjoyed such as reading, singing, dancing,

being with friends, family quality time, special moments like that. I believe that anyone can gain this amazing

satisfaction. When you’re with the best people in your life, you forget about money. The thought of it suddenly

becomes so tiny and insignificant.

I believe that every single person in the world can achieve great happiness at their highest by living their lives to the

fullest. Also, by not worrying so much about how much you have in your wallet. Think of this way, would you rather

live in an enormous empty mansion with no one around, or a small neighborhood with all of the people you love close

by? Money can buy a lot of things, but it will never be able to buy happiness.
